Located on the Sun Peaks Golf Course. Kamloops, BC Airport is within a 45 minute drive. There is a shuttle bus from the airport to Sun Peaks. The walk to the Fitness/Activity Center (pool, hot tubs, ice rink) is only 10 - 15 minutes from the complex, and the walk to the Resort Center is about 20 minutes.
Right by the ski run; just minutes until you are at the Morrisey Express Chair. Walk through the grounds of the complex to the ski run beside the buildings, and ski down to the Morrisey chair. To ski in, take the Sundance Chair and follow the green Rambler run to the East Village Ski way, and then ski in to the side of the complex using the 'Fair Dinkum' ski run. For beginners, take the East Village Skiway and follow the sign which includes 'residence area'; then take the left trail to the side of the complex. Sector: East

Jenica says ‘True Ski in Ski Out’Unit was as described - a true ski in ski out which converted to a great toboggan hill for the kids after the ski hill closed. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of pots, pans and sharp knives for the cooks among us. The unit has a washer, dryer and a lovely hot tub. Be advised that the unit is on the second floor of the building which requires a bit of lifting to get all your gear into the condo from the parking garage (in the basement) and around the back of the building on a snow covered pathway, then, upon entering the condo - a flight of stairs. There is a locker outside the condo door for skis (ground level). We had a few minor issues (TV, internet) that were resolved by the management team. Nancy says ‘Can we come back?’We are a family of 6, 3 adults and 3 teens who LOVE to ski. Trappers Landing was the perfect location. Skiing home at the end of the day- a real delight down the Morrissey Connector. The layout is fabulous so that 6 people can move freely and not feel closed in. The kitchen , super well stocked and of course, arriving to very clean home is the best!
We would love to come back to this site and stay longer!

We stayed in summer and took advantage of hiking, biking, and golfing. The kids ran all over safely and tried to do as many activities as possible. The unit itself was perfect for our needs. Lots of space, all bedrooms are upstairs with the exception of one bunk room, which is in the basement two floors away.
