The office staff was friendly. We were assured over the phone the cabin was clean. Upon arriving there were crumbs on the table, beer bottle tops beside the whirlpool tub, spiderwebs inside and out. The chairs on the porch needed spiderwebs cleaned off before you could sit on most of them. The kitchen items were not very clean as well and most needed to be replaced. The washer was a mini size, which made it hard to keep the towels washed and ready for use each night. We had 11 people staying for a week.

Condo was clean and well kept. Plenty of space and we had 5 people. Everything you need to cook with and some extras. Plenty of towels, just have to remember you are not in a hotel,so depending on the length of your stay you will need extra TP, paper towels and dishwasher packs.

Great Vacation, only issue was that the cabin had lots of cobwebs and spiders inside. It could have used a good spraying inside for this. Thank you,

This was a relatively expensive place, but overall was outstanding. It was essentially brand new, spotless, very well appointed. The entire process of renting, and communicating with the management was seamless, and prompt. The only glitch was that the cable did not work, or at least we could not figure it out among for heavy sports TV watchers. It was certainly an easy walk to Vanderbilt campus, specifically the stadium. All in all, I would highly recommend this place and would certainly stay there again.

The house is small, but very cute and clean. The location was great, felt very safe. We were just a short Uber ride to downtown. Staying in the house was a great way to have our group stay together and not in separate hotel rooms.

We had 7 girls that stayed in the house. The house is small and so is the furniture. With 7 girls, the little bit of toilet paper we had went fast, wish we would have known we would need to purchase more. Those that had to sleep on the fold out couch and the air mattress did not have sheets/blankets, luckily we packed our own travel blanket. Also, when we got to the house, the backdoor was unlocked, which freaked us out a little.

Turnkey was great to work with and very responsive.

Really enjoyed our stay in Nashville, and the ability to share time with friends at this home. The rooftop in particular was a great place to hang out. Instructions for entry to the home were not complete, so make sure that you call Turnkey before arriving for more complete information.

This location was very convenient for us with its close proximity to Belmont. The layout of the condo was odd, however, with the only bathroom situated within the second bedroom rather than on a hallway. This was awkward with having to go in another's room just for the bathroom. It took a bit for the back bedroom to cool down, but the rest of the house was ok temperature wise. You can hear people in the adjoining condo unit quite loudly through the closet walls in the master bedroom at the back of the unit, which made it difficult to try and get to bed at a decent time. I would recommend that the window shades in the queen room be fitted with shades that fit the window better for privacy as they were too short width-wise. Parking was a bit of a concern when coming in later in the evening as all parking is on the curb for all of the units and fills up fast. There is a drive to the back, but it's a one car driveway, so you could potentially be blocked in. Overall, the property was clean and very conveni

Overall I thought that the house was great. We were told by a number of Uber drivers, that the location was unsafe to walk around in, but it fine. I wouldn't say the description of the location was accurate at all. On the AirBnB website it says: Leave the car parked in the driveway and saunter out to lunch or dinner at any of the excellent restaurants within walking distance of your front door....Hungry? There are so many fabulous restaurants within walking distance, you won’t know where to start, but don’t miss Hattie B’s famous hot chicken." <-- This is definitely not true. Especially, after we were told multiply times NOT to walk around. It also makes it seem like Hattie B's is within walking distance, and it's totally not.
The air conditioning did not seem to work, which made the house REALLY hot, and the showers were pretty bad (as in, I couldn't wash my hair). In addition, on the first night, we pulled the chain (lightly) to turn up the fan, and it fell off.

New, beautifully decorated and super clean townhouse in "marginal" neighborhood. Surrounding homes all had bars on windows. We had no problems but would not recommend venturing out at night.

Aunt Bugs Cabin Rentals was so much fun to hang out in with our family and friends! Playing pool and relaxing in the hot tub was made it even better! The cabin was beautiful and kept very clean! My daughter and I left a couple of items there and Carol went above and beyond to help us get them back and we appreciate that so much! I would recommend them to all of our friends and family!!! ??

Although this town home was brand new and extremely nice, I can honestly say this was the worst rental experience I've ever had (and we've rented almost 50 Airbnb and VRBO units over the years). The main reason for our group's dissatisfaction arises from the owner of the unit living literally right next door and providing virtually zero privacy. Additionally, the parking instructions and communication were a complete disaster. Before our trip we had purchased tickets for a Friday night concert and were forced to leave the show after only a few minutes to avoid "our car being towed and door code being changed if the driveway is not clear in 5 minutes" (direct quote from owner). No room for negotiation or meaningful discussion, no understanding that previous parking issues were not associated with our cars (but rather other rental units around us). Threatening eviction for parking in the driveway OF THE HOUSE WE ARE RENTING is extreme and definitely a breach of contract. For paying almost $2000/weekend I would

This is an incredible house - 3 bedrooms upstairs, each with their own bathroom. Downstairs you have
spacious open kitchen / living room with it's own powder room and the ability to open fully (via garage doors) to the deck, full granite outdoor bar (with wine fridge and wet bar) and the plunge pool.

I've seen some of the other reviews. To be extremely clear - yes, the people who live across the street aren't the typical rich VRBO/AirBnB customer - it's subsidized ('public' ... *gasp* 'projects') housing.

That said, the home is designed such that you generally aren't using the street address entrance at all, with the back-of-lot parking - during a week stay, we probably only opened the 'front' door a few times - and while the folks across the street aren't wealthy like you, it's not a 'dangerous' scene at all. The times we used the front door (to walk to the 1-block-away gentrified bar/restaurant strip) we waved to the families and they waved back. As long as you're ok with peo

Loved my stay in this Landmark McMillin Court apartment. Very clean and safe location and an easy 25 minute stroll into downtown Broadway for the Ryman, Country Music Hall of Fame etc., and an even easier 10 minute stroll into Music Row. Ubers are very quick, reliable and cheap if you don't fancy the walk; just $6 or so and 5 minutes to Broadway. I would recommend this property.

We enjoyed walking to local spots go breakfast such as Divine Art Cafe and Ugly Mugs. Proximity to downtown was ok (about $5-7 Uber ride). The apartment was simple but functional and clean. The door code was rather long to open the door each time. The tablet for information didn't connect to the internet so it was useless for looking up nearby places etc. Only thing it was there for was rules and procedures which had already been emailed. There was a request to take out the trash bins but we didn't venture to the backyard/alley for that. Checkout at 10 is a bit early. I would stay in a rental again if the price was right but probably would try a new place.

Great location as it is just as you enter Gatlinburg, so it works well if you want to go there or Pigeon Forge. Although it is next to several cabins, we were never disturbed. It is right on the water, with steps to walk down to creek, but 3 cabins down is a flat path easier for small ones, or dogs.Everything was great, except on the last day a man showed up yelling at us because we were still parked there (though no longer using the cabin) after the 10am check out. We reported him and the company was very kind but stated they did not know who he was, so you shouldn't have the same issue, just an oddity we incurred.
