Beautiful Condo on 3rd floor with wraparound lanai. Sliding glass doors 3/4 of the way around for wonderful views of the beach and mountains. Located between Magic Sands Beach and Kahalu'u Beach Park...one of the best snorkeling beaches in the state. This condo has ALL the amenities anyone would need. Close to everything. The ceiling beams are gorgeous as is the entire condo. We will stay again soon. Thank you for being so responsive to our questions. You were amazing. Jerd and Susan C

This little mid-century mod was the perfect spot for us. The backyard was private with a lovely pool, hot tub and gas firepit...we enjoyed all three! The beds were comfortable and the location was great. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to book it again.

The stay was great. The house was perfect. Everything worked great inside and out. Communication with the host was great. We had everything we needed ahead of time so we could just unpack and relax. We caught some crab down at the dock in the Canal. Not far from shopping, about 5 minute drive. Beaches about 30 minutes away. Beds were good, bathrooms were good, tvs in all the bedrooms, internet was fast, pool with heater worked great, hot tub was fantastic, grill worked great. Screened in pool area was awesome. Don't forget your sunscreen and sunglasses. We're looking forward to a return trip. Owner Direct was easy to work with.

Took my family to the Disneyland for 3 days stayed in this one house. Very clean close to the parks Nice game room washer a& dryer Cable in all rooms ( Gated community) The owners very nice

The home was absolutely gorgeous. The décor furnishings and location was ideal for our family plans. Close to all amenities. The pool area faces nature and all of its wildlife. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be booking this home again

Everything was perfect. A lovely condo beautifully furnished with a comfortable bed.

We had a wonderful time and would do it all again. The house was lovely and very spacious for three people. It had two master suites and two bedrooms with double sized bunks in it. The pool was nice and the deck covered in . In short yes we would go back there.

My college softball team stayed here and it was the best accommodations we have had. Look forward to next year.

This unit has an awesome view of the bay! I was able to see dolphins everyday, along with lots of boat action! This unit also has a great pool and hot tub right at the bayside. The kitchen was fully stocked with items I needed throughout my stay. I highly recommend bringing a bike as there are many places to ride to. We ended up renting electric bikes which was a blast!

The home was in a very lovely neighborhood but was a little dated.

Just completed a six week stay at the Avalon in Clearwater, FL. The condo was nicely equipped and very comfortable. We have stayed at the Avalon previously but found this unit to be one of our favorites. Would have tried for 2024 stay, but the unit was already taken. We look forward to perhaps another future stay at this condo.

We couldn’t have picked a better spot to spend our first full family vacation! The house was perfect. The pool and spa were great and we were only minutes to all the major attractions thank you for letting us use your beautiful home. Hope to be able to do it again soon.

Access to the property was easy with clear instructions provided. Our first impression was wow! The pictures are good but don’t do the condo justice. Beautifully decorated and notably clean.The condo was furnished attractively but more importantly very comfortably. The beds were great with lots of additional bedding and towels in the linen closet. We enjoyed the opportunity to have some meals in and the kitchen comes with new appliances and everything you need to cook or bake can be found. There is a really large bbq on the patio as well. The patio is virtually steps to the closest pool and the new walking path/nature preserve. My husband did some work and the office nook in the main bedroom was a perfect spot with dedicated light and seating. Wifi was strong and we enjoyed the cable tv vs the subscription options many rentals have. Having laundry at the condo was also very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Property is exactly as pictures show. Villa was updated and well maintained. Owner was spectacular to work with and and very prompt in responding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would rent again without any hesitation. The community pool was within walking distance so didn’t have to drive. Kids enjoyed the games in garage and was perfect for afternoon fun. You will not be disappointed by any means in renting this property. Thank you for such a perfect vacation

Great place to stay. Close to Disney and other amenities. House was very clean and had a homey feel about it. I would stay there again!

This home was beautiful, CLEAN and a lot bigger than we anticipated which was a nice surprise. It is located conveniently near all the fun areas of the white mountains and the North Conway area. My twins loved it so much they didn’t want to leave. I would recommend this home to anyone.

This property was absolutely perfect for us. We are a large family, and this house gave us the space to spread out and relax. We were at the parks most days and were exhausted when we got home, and the beds were all comfortable and with 4 bathrooms it meant there was no waiting around.
The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed.
The kids loved the pool and games room. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again if we were to come back.
