Beautiful modern building with a beautiful beach in front. What more could you ask for? Great host, responsive and arranged for a nice home cooked dinner for us at the end of our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfect, on the ground floor just right on the beach. Everything was in order and the staff were very helpful.

The location in downtown Isla Mujeres is ideal - minutes to the beach, restaurants, etc.
The building is new, clean, and well looked after.
The condo is well-furnished, and stylishly done.
The owner was very helpful in processing our application.

The owner of the property was more than accommodating. Every need was promptly attended to. A great guy as well!!!
Picture this: every morning I woke up to an amazing sunrise. Breakfast then down to the beach around 8. Beach chairs are provided. I loved the beach on property. Not crowded. Perfect! Back to the penthouse for lunch around 11. Maybe some golf just 2 miles away.
Back to the property around 2. Laps in one of the best pools I ever saw. Again not crowded. Perfect! Maybe dinner at the beach restaurant. A 5 minute walk. Wow! Great Mexican cuisine. Great entertainment!

I will warn you…
Do. Not. Rent. A. Car. Hertz scammed me. 3 tickets my first day there. Seat belt, turn signal, cell phone violations. Luckily I was able to bribe the policeman. Instead of 300 bucks it cost me 140. I felt like a marked man. While I was getting these picky tickets, the locals were speeding past me. Scammed using US dollars everywhere I went. Cost 18 dollars to exchange 100 dollars. Golf courses are way overpriced. Narrow fairways tiny greens.
Moral of the story, don’t leave the property.

Again… thanks to the owner. Highly recommend this property. Not so much Scamcun!

Our family Christmas vacation in Puerto Morelos exceeded our expectations because of this property. The house is marvellously maintained, more spacious than the website pictures are able to achieve and has the most comfortable beds! Our grandkids spent a lot of time in the pool (even in the rain!) but they also were thrilled with the beach/ocean activities 1 block away.

You will not be disappointed with the amazing view. Condo directly on the beach in the hotel zone approx. 15 minutes from Cancun airport. Tim's management team in Cancun, Abdiel and Paola were amazing to deal with. Super friendly and very accompanying.. You have the option to cook your own meals or take advantage of all-inclusive deal with resort. Beds very comfy and super size updated showers for each of the three bedrooms. Overall we were quite pleased with our stay. Tried out some great restaurants directly across the street from condo. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to family and friends..

We had the most amazing stay here. The views from the units are breathtaking. The view of the hotel zone and seeing the ocean from so far up is incredible. Hosts were both amazing at making sure we were taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were beautiful, quiet, convenient, safe, and so comfortable. Our vacation was amazing. This property is close to a large shopping centre and you can flag a taxi just outside the property. Truly wonderful and I will be a return customer. This Puerto Morelos property is a hidden gem. During our week here, we enjoyed a beautiful view of the beach and an equally beautiful swimming pool. The unit includes a kitchenette stocked with pots and pans, flatware and dinnerware, and is certainly workable for your stay. We prefer to cook and prepare our own meals and did exactly that throughout our stay. The owner is a superb host! Not only did he suggest activities (and provide links) before we arrived but also made sure we could reach him at any time. He also had solutions for every question we asked.

I cannot overemphasize the quiet beauty of this location. We were looking for peace and quiet and found it here.

A beautiful Villa with many great features. We were a group of 10 family members who stayed comfortable for most of our stay. The non master bedrooms could use bigger beds but we managed just fine as we were able to move some mattresses around to make it work for all that came. The onsite staff, a woman and her son, did an amazing job inside and out to make the stay even better.

There were dogs onsite that tended to bark when activity was happening in and out of the villa walls that, at times, interupted some as they slept but the security of knowing when something or someone was near was nice and we had zero issues otherwise. Very social happy dogs.

The air conditioned rooms was a HUGE plus and once we learned the limits of the hot water, everyone was happy to have that comfort as well.

Pool side were some of our favorite days. Very beautiful.

We will be back to the Villa again one day i am sure.

Clean and spacious with nice views. A dishwasher would be nice. Very helpful owner and manager. Would be happy to return.

The condo is very well located near shopping centre and bus stop 1 block away.
The extrior is very well maintain and the place is safe and very quiet.

The furniture is quite old but the condo is clean
There is not much storage in the downstair room,
WIFI works fine and also the air conditioning.

The downside is that you have 44 stairs from the ground floor to get to your story and once you are in you have to climb 16 more stairs to get to the living level.

I do recommand it but not if you have problem walking.
