Absolutely wonderful vacation rental. My wife & I spent 8 days at Mermaid Wharf thoroughly enjoying the view of the Victoria harbour . . . sea planes, water taxis, the big ferries from Seattle and Vancouver, and the beautiful (blue at night) Johnson Street Draw Bridge.
The penthouse (top floor, corner) had great cross ventilation (no AC . . . apparently a rare finding in Victoria) so we were quite comfortable throughout the stay.
Location can't be beat. Two nice restaurants within feet of the entrance, one block from Chinatown, and 0.6 miles (1 km) from downtown Victoria.
Victoria itself is a gem of a city. Perfect for a relaxing stay.

The penthouse was throughly equipped - washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave. Building has excellent security, and a parking spot for those with cars.

Perhaps I shouldn't be so glowing in my review because I want to be able to return to this penthouse again in the not-too-distant future.

We had a wonderful stay. The resort is perfect! It was an absolutely perfect week in paradise.

Me and my family and friends enjoyed our time there at your rental house. We had so much fun. It was right near stores and parks. Hopefully next year we will be there to rent it again.

I had searched diligently for a place to stay during our visit to FL and could not believe how much better the price was for this house when compared to similar properties. I wondered if something was wrong and I would be sorry for booking the cheapest place I found, but absolutely NO regrets!!! The house was extremely clean, the pool was wonderful, and the hot tub was ready within minutes of pushing a button. The kitchen had all the dishes we needed, and there were plenty of clean towels. There's a bathroom for every bedroom, and one of the masters is located upstairs, which gave us a quiet place to retreat to with several teens in the house as they enjoyed the pool table in the garage! The location was perfect - centrally located in a quiet gated community and within easy driving distance to either coast, close to all Orlando attractions, and 5 minutes from Walmart, grocery stores, and restaurants. The owner could not have been more accommodating and communicative! He called ahead of time, sent all information in a timely manner, checked in on us during our stay, and allowed us extra time in the house according to our flight schedule. I was truly sad to leave!!!

This is now the 4th time we have stayed in this particular villa but it won't be the last. It is truly a slice of heaven. The neighbourhood is very quiet with tons of amenities nearby and a short drive to theme parks.

What truly sets this house apart is the total privacy with beautiful landscaping in the backyard. The pool and lanai are the perfect place to sit back and relax. You can forget all of your worries in a location like this.

The owners are very attentive and make sure that everything is in place to make your vacation a peaceful one. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Unfortunately our plan for our stay at Kona Bali Kai did not happen as there was a flood from the unit upstairs which damaged our reserved unit and couldn’t be repaired by the time we were to arrive . But we will say as to the situation and how it was addressed from the owners standpoint that it was professional and they let us know and gave us a notice so we could find other options. Unfortunately my wife then became ill which made it impossible to travel . Bummer since it was our long planned 50th Anniversary that we so looked forward to . But life happens (John Lennon) and we still are thankful We have each other to share our memories on the mainland . Yes based on our booking experience with Owner Direct and the condo owners of the unit we were booked at I would recommend them both.

This is the nicest condo we have rented in the area. There are usually some issues when you rent a beachfront unit but not with this one. Everything works perfectly, comfortable beds, good showers and plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Beautiful view of the gulf from both decks and only a very short walk to the beach. When we come to this area for vacation we will stay here again.

This is a great house in a great location, quiet and in a nice neighborhood. The location makes it easy to get to almost anywhere in northeastern Palm Beach County and southeastern Martin county. Five minutes to I-95. Beaches are 15 to 20 minutes away. Restaurants are plentiful within a 5-30 minute radius. There is shopping of all types nearby and many different types of entertainment from playgrounds to golf to theater. Natural areas with biking and hiking trails are also nearby. This is a do it all location!
The house has all you need for a complete stay with a great view of lake Catherine and an unheated pool in the back yard. Our host was easy to reach as he is local and was very attentive to our needs during our stay but was not intrusive at all on our privacy. All in all a great host! We would give this a property a great recommendation.

OUR STAY AT THIS CONDO WAS PEACEFUL, RELAXING AND VERY ENJOYABLE. THE KITCHEN WAS VERY WELL STOCKED WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD ASK FOR, THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE, AND THE ENTIRE CONDO WAS GENEROUSLY EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING ONE COULD POSSIBLY NEED. THE OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND LIKEABLE AND IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH US. WE'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

This was an awesome size cottage for me and my son very scenic close to walking trails close to town it was just perfect I'm excited to go on my next stay

Hosts were very communicative and added some special touches to our stay. We loved the location and the space was comfortable and had everything we needed!

We enjoyed our stay at this Disney Vacation Home. It had everything we needed and more. We would certainly book here again! All Communication with the owner was always friendly and she always responded very quickly. I was skeptical to rent on this site because I had never used it before, she kept me assured everything was valid and it was.

We stayed here for 12 days and had the most amazing time. The Villa is gorgeous and in such lovely surroundings and so easy for access to all the parks. It’s extremely well catered for children young and old! Thank you for letting us share your wonderful home.

Having visited Tenerife many many times over the last 30 years, this was our first time to stay away from the main tourist areas and the hustle and bustle of the crowds. However, the location, San Miguel, is only a 20 minute drive from the main tourist destinations. We hired a car that enabled us to explore but we were told by our hosts that some previous guests had got around using the local bus service too. (A safe car park is near to the property). We were within easy travelling distance from El Medano, Los Abrigos, Golf de Sur, Los Cristianos Las America’s and Adeje.
San Miguel itself was a lovely small town with all you require for your stay, a butcher, a chemist, veg shop, bakery, supermarket, and cafes and restaurants. We ate in quite a few and the food was lovely and very reasonably priced. Would especially recommend La Bodega restaurant.
Our accommodation was great and had everything we needed for our stay. It was spotlessly clean inside and out. The garden was private and secluded and great for sunbathing, eating out in the sunshine, lovely comfortable garden furniture and the hot tub and jet sprinklers (for cooling down) were an added bonus. The kitchen catered for our needs, with an oven, toaster, microwave, washing machine, Kettle etc and all the things you would have in your home, so we were able to easily eat in or out depending on how we felt.
The living room was comfortable and had a tv with many channels and good internet.
The hosts were great. They met us on arrival as they live in the adjacent property, to talk us through the property details and how things worked. They had also created a really useful reference file with lots of interesting information, tips and recommendations of where to go and eat.
Throughout the holiday they were not intrusive, but touched base with us via What’s app to check we were ok and if they could help in any way. They gave us notice when they were popping around to change the bedding or water plants, and we knew they were there if we needed them for anything.
To sum up, great place to stay, great hosts, great location, lovely place to unwind. We would love to go back.

We absolutely loved our stay in this unit at Lahaina Shores. The most incredible mountain views. The unit itself was comfortable, clean and stocked with everything needed for our stay. The beach was perfect and the pool and hot tub were great as well. On top of the great location and unit, the owners were so lovely to deal with. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back again. We stayed at this rental while our son raced and it was everything we needed. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, large washer/dryer and a clean hot tub that seemed to be for our use only. It’s ski-in-ski-out and a short walk to the village. The owner let us check in early and check out late which was a huge help.

I stayed with family for 2 weeks. The owner was great to deal with and the whole process was very smooth. The villa had superb amenities and there was plenty to do on the rest of the complex too. The location is perfect for those visiting both Disney and universal resorts. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. James

Six of us stayed for four nights to ski at Silver Star, and had a great experience. Communication with the owner was good. the house was clean, comfortable, conveniently located on the hill, and very well equipped. If we return to Silver Star this would be our first choice for a place to stay.
