The condo is fully furnished and includes all amenities: 1 queen size bed in master bedroom with AIR CONDITIONING, a balcony and en-suite bathroom, clean and high-quality bedsheets and towels for your comfort, 2 twin beds in the other rooms with ceiling fan and built-in large closets in both bedroom, a common bathroom with a bathtub, a laundry room with washer and dryer, next to the terrace. And of course the kitchen with stainless steel appliances: large fridge and freezer, coffee maker, microwave oven, blender and toaster. The kitchen also has plenty of storage spaces and has drinking glasses, bowls, pots and pans, cutlery and more. A dining table for 4 is also there. The living room has a set of a comfortable sofa with pillows and 2 love seats, with a wall-mounted HD TV with cable and free wireless internet. There is also a balcony. The condo is located in the Residential Bavaro-Punta Cana with 24h security, only 10-15 minutes drive from the Barcelo-Bavaro beach resort one of the most beautiful beaches around. Groceries stores, shopping malls and restaurants are all within a few minutes drive from the condo.

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Email Money Transfer
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 50.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage on departure. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 50.00 CAD is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.
Linen
Linen is included in the rent 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding. Towels are not allowed outside of the property.
