Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Cancellation penalty varies with the number of days before arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 USD is due immediately.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 30 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
