This luxurious property is right on the beach in old town Vallarta, in the Romantic Zone. The building's modern architecture combined with luxurious finishes and its spacious indoor and outdoor space is unique in all of Puerto Vallarta. The entire condo has gorgeous marble flooring and modern wood cabinet furniture.

The kitchen is modern with high-end stainless steel appliances, such as a 6-burner range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Ample marble counter top space complements multiple large cabinets for storage. An outside grill and sink are also built-in for outdoor entertainment.

This is a very spacious home you can enjoy while you are on vacation with a wide variety of restaurants and bars close by, all within a short walk. Why stay in hotels where the only places available are the expensive hotel food and bars.

Guest Access

You will have the whole condo other than two owner's lockout closets. There are 2 elevators serving that floor which only has two units. You have a large entry way which leads to the living room / kitchen / dining room open space with a panoramic ocean view.

Interaction with Guests

A local property manager will meet you at the condo to show you the property and answer any questions. They will be available to assist with any questions or any unexpected incidents.

The property manager will also be able to help schedule airport pick-up, grocery purchase, and coordinate tourist activities (additional fees apply). Additional maid service can also be arranged by the property manager at an additional cost.

The Neighborhood

This property is a gated property right in front of the beach/ocean. It is located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic zone alongside the River Cuale facing the famed “Bay of Banderas" (Bay of the Flags). You can step outside to the boardwalk and enjoy Vallarta Malecon with its Seahorse, Guadalupe cathedral, Los Arcos amphitheater, and famous Sergio Bustamante's sculptures and exciting nightlife...All within a few minutes walk without the need to take taxis. There are many options for dining, shopping, clubs and bars.

The gay beach at the Blue Chairs is a short 10-12 minute stroll through the charming Romantic Zone or along Los Muertos beach. The exciting Vallarta gay nightlife is a 5 minute walk from the property without stairs or hills to climb.

Getting Around

There is a gated parking spot provided. However, the property is in the center of town and within walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, nightlife, bars and clubs, cafes, etc. There is an Oxxo convenience store right outside the gate where you can buy drinks, snacks and other small items.

The airport is about a 20 minute drive or taxi ride.

Other Things to Note

Minimum 6-night stay (imposed by the property not negotiable).

There is WiFi internet provided in the condo that is reasonably fast. Basic cable service is also provided. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, toaster and coffee maker.

There is also a laundry room inside the unit, where there is a modern washer and dryer. There are also cleaning supplies and laundry detergent provided. There are also extra towels here.

Bedsheets, towels, shampoo, and shower gel are provided.

Maid service will be provided once around the middle of your stay, and after you leave. 1-time cleaning service fee of US$50 is charged.
