Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 2000 EUR.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 2000 EUR is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 8 days of departure.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 200.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
