Description
About 30 minutes drive away from Aix en Provence, the property offers a panoramic view on the countryside and the vineyards. It can accommodate up to 12 persons. It features 6 large bedrooms with queen size or double beds each, 3 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, and a dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can enjoy a flat screen TV, a pool table, board games, books, wifi and many outdoor areas. This house has been nicely renovated to provide modern comfort together with the charm of the old stone house. Each room is very well furnished and decorated with natural colors and materials. The property is located on a 6000 sqm land planted with lavender, rosemary, thyme and olive trees. It includes a private swimming pool (13m x 7m) and outdoor areas very well arranged with 2 dining areas with large dining tables, sun beds, a pétanque ground and several outdoor seatings where you can rest and enjoy the Provence way of life. Linen, towels (including swimming pool towels) and swimming pool maintenance are provided. Cleaning and cooking can be arranged (not included in the rent). The house is perfect for family holidays or friends gathering. The area is peaceful and quiet. However close to 2 charming villages with all commodities and a nice fresh market on Sunday mornings (about 7 km) where you can buy local products. The house is ideally located, close to many places of interest: - Sainte Victoire mountain where you can find lots of hiking and cycling tracks, - the famous villages of the Luberon region (about 1 hour drive) - Provence vineyards where wine lover will enjoy wine tasting - Marseille, Cassis, the Mediterranean sea and Cote d'Azur are an hour away by car - the Verdon gorges and its beautiful lakes (lac d'Esparron is about 50 min drive away and lac de Sainte Croix about 2 hours drive), where you can enjoy very nice trekkings or nautical sports on the lakes. Our guests call it paradise!

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 15 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 EUR is due 15 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
