A place for living, not just for sleeping.

Executive 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom single family residence. Seven rooms, beautifully furnished, very comfortable and exceptionally well appointed house near the wonderful Rivermark event center. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms give you the privacy you desire, while the three flat-screen wall-mounted televisions give everyone a chance to watch their favorite shows. The living room is equipped with a 50 inch TV and a complete home entertainment center. Music is wired into every room through wall-installed speakers, with a control dial just for you. The internet is also high tech, wired throughout the house as well as wirelessly available anywhere in the house or on the patio.

Besides staying in a house many travelers have rated the best in Santa Clara, you will be in a vibrant, safe neighborhood with a wonderful variety of cafes and restaurants within a ten-minute walk (including a Starbucks.) A pool is reserved for the use of the Rivermark Community, and you will have exclusive access during your stay. You can walk to the movie theatre, or to the Guadalupe river trail which runs adjacent to the house. Your front lawn is a park, with a wide open grassy space and a modern play structure for the kids to use, within site of your front patio.

Speaking of the front patio, you can barbeque there for the family, or even invite friends over to share a meal. Nothing is as restful as a patio party in the middle of green space.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: If property is re-rented to another party, at the same rate, for the same period, all monies will be refunded less 10% transaction fee. No refunds will be made if the property is not re-rented for the same reserved period. No refunds will be made for early departures or if the number in the party decreases.
