is less than a 1 minute walk from the property.
The complex is situated on a lake front park and river front walkway/bike trail. There is boat access to the side of the complex, where boats can be tied up safely on shore or canoes and kayaks can be pulled up. There is a choice of great sandy swimming beach parks within a few 100 meters. There are two beautiful sandy beaches adjacent to the condo property with great swimming and picnic facilities. The condo property has boat access on the river channel and a large fish pond, park and walking path on the lakeside. There is a wonderful hike and bike trail along the lake shore, starting at the side of our complex. It has a trestle near by that is great for fishing and swimming from.
Ski/Board Out is a 45 minute transit/shuttle ride to runs from the property.
Apex Ski Resort is only a forty minute drive from the condo. There is skiing from November to April and mountain biking and hiking in the summer. Look for "X-8" on Resort Map.

If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, all payments made to date less 20% will be refunded if the unit is re-rented. If you cancel 31-60 days prior to arrival, all payments made to date less 40% will be refunded if the unit is re-rented. If you cancel 30 or less days prior to arrival, all payments made to date will be forfeited (which is 50% of the total).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 CAD is due on arrival.

Well kept, and nicely furnished this is a lake get-away without the crowds. It is located on the South shore of Skaha Lake with the start of the KVR bike/walk path to Penticton on your door step. There are two lovely beaches with plenty of shade trees and picnic tables a few steps from the complex. This location is close to wineries, golf courses, and the famous Tickleberries ice cream store and it puts you in the centre of activities South to Oliver/Osoyoos or North to Penticton and Kelowna.
Enjoy all the sunny Okanagan has to offer then relax in a comfortable holiday home away from home.

There is a casino seven miles away in Penticton.
