Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 12:00 AM To 06:00 AM
There is a security patrol in the winter season and anyone reported making an unaccepable level of noise during the quiet time will be subject to a $200 fine payable direct to the strata board.

Smoking is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children of all ages are welcome.

Lovely accommodation which has everything you can possibly think of and more. Ideally located for the ski hill and the village. Ample room for my family of four and has all the comforts of home. Louise, the owner, is a lovely lady and was extremely helpful from booking the accommodation right through to leaving time, when we enquired about checking out a few hours after the check out time. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family and would not hesitate in booking again.

Fernie is a hidden gem in south-east British Columbia where many visitors come for the winter season and stay for the summer! The ski hill is regularly in the top ten of best ski resorts in North America however it still retains its unspoiled and friendly atmosphere. Fernie is a four season resort with so much to do throughout the year including kayaking, whitewater rafting, hiking, skiing, boarding, cat-skiing, snowmobiling, fly-fishing, horseback riding, mountain biking - the list is endless! There is fine dining available both in town and on the ski hill with diverse choice.. From sushi to burgers and almost everything in between.
The open plan condo is perfectly placed midway between downtown Fernie and the ski hill and sleeps up to 6 adults + 2 children (on a double air mattress) and is ideal for families.

Riverside Mountain Village Community Information

Riverside Mountain Village Vacation Rental Community - Distances - The complex is located on the edge of Fernie, beside the Elk River. The Fernie ski resort is a five minute drive and downtown Fernie is a five minute drive. The walk between the shuttle and complex is two minutes.
