We just stayed at this house in Riverview recently and loved it. Beautifully decorated and a wonderful big pool. The weather was great so we spent alot of time swimming and sitting out on the lanai. A great home for a family vacation. The house is in a very quiet golf community, very close to all shopping needs. Golfing at the public course nearby. A short drive to a public beach at Apollo Beach Nature Preserve and the winter home of the manatees.

The owner was great and easy to deal with from the 1st contact via email and was very attentive to our needs. I have nothing negative to say and would love to stay there again. I highly recommend this house rental to anyone!

Riverview Lodging - House - 1300 sq ft / 120 sq m
Located in the Golf Community of Summerfield about 30 minutes from downtown Tampa. Large covered Lanai. Pool is a southern facing pool, so you get lots of sun and this also helps keep the pool temperature warmer. The very spacious covered lanai has 3 access points. French doors from the kitchen, double set of sliding glass doors from the great room, and a set of sliding doors from the master. This home is truly a Florida Pool home with the pool visible from almost all rooms of the home. Feels like a vacation when you walk in the door.

Beds, 2 king beds, the master bedroom is a standard king. The guest bedroom has a California King. We have a daybed in the great room that has a trundle so additional sleeping for 2 adults. The sofa is a large sectional.

Pets - I accept pets, just need to know how many and the breed (for homeowner insurance purposes). So long as they are not on the list of unallowable breeds I'm usually okay with 2 dogs. No cats as I'm allergic (sorry). The yard is completely fenced with a wooden fence.

Pool Area - The large screen enclosure gives you plenty of space to relax and enjoy our beautiful Florida weather. We are having Solar Panels installed in September 2016 - with a Southern facing pool, these panels keep the pool season almost year round.

Location - I live about 1/2 mile from the home, so if you need to know anything about the community I'm happy to chat about anything. We are about 2 miles from 3 supermarkets to give you an idea how close items like coffee shops and shopping are. About a 20 minute walk through the paths of the community to Starbucks!
