Abruzzo is perfect for indulging in your favourite outdoor activities. Lovers of geology can marvel at majestic rock formations. Abruzzo 's people have the reputation of being kind and friendly, so do not be surprised if they invite you into their homes and go out of their way to treat you as one of the family. Here each season has its special allure. Like an impressionist painting, spring will delight you with its profusion of colours. In the summer spend the day sunning yourself on the beach of fine sand, swimming in the crystal clear sea. The sea in Abruzzo is awarded for its merits with the "Blue Flag" of the European community. Starting from November throughout all April Abruzzo's mountains are covered with fresh snow. While you are skiing you can enjoy spectacular breathtaking scenery, plenty of sunshine and crisp mountain air. Majella ski resort will delight you. While you are skiing you can look at the sea enjoying an endless panorama. Rising to almost 2800 Metres a.S.L. The Majella mountains provide panoramic views and perfect places to go trekking and skiing. Our Property is situated in Roccamorice, a traditional Italian village situated 2000 ft a.S.L The owners live downstairs, but your first floor apartment is totally independent. The area is an ideal location both for your winter and summer holidays. Just 15 mins driving is Majella ski resort. In the summer just 35 mins from the village you can reach the Adriatic sea. You can enjoy sailing, surfing, long relaxing swims or just lying and relaxing on the beach Roccamorice village has got restaurants, markets, a post office, cheese makers, butcher shop, clothes and shoes shop and several "Agritourism" namely authentic farmhouse-restaurant cooking food solely grown on the attached farm. During the summer there are local festivals in the village. We will be very happy to welcome you in our farmhouse!

Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 1,50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 80 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
