This very popular resort is set on 40 acres of prime real estate and its very centrally located to all amenities- 20 minutes walk to the supermarket and beach. The 1 bed 1 bath apartment is located on the first floor and has 2 balconies. It was extensively renovated and modernised in April 2022 and has all new furniture and appliances as of that date. The apartment is open plan and the kitchen is outfitted with granite counter tops, all stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The living and dining area lead out to a back balcony where one can enjoy the golf course views and the monkeys that are in full view on an afternoon. The front balcony is large, overlooks the pool, and has a 3 piece suite plus a dining table for al fresco dining. The pool is a few steps away from the apartment.

Terms And Conditions

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit, Zelle

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit is required. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
