This newly renovated and modernised apartment is nestled in the heart of the famous Rockley Golf & Country Club, outfitted with its own restaurant, bar, spa, hairdresser, sports shop, plus golf, tennis, and Pools. The master bedroom is ensuite and has a king size bed plus a built in wardrobe and dresser. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds plus its own built in wardrobe and dresser. The full bathroom is also newly modernised. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, leading to the breakfast bar and open plan living and dining areas, which lead out to a covered patio where one can enjoy al fresco dining overlooking the golf course. The pool is a few steps away from the front door. It is a few minutes drive to beaches, shopping, cinemas, malls, bars and restaurants, but one can also walk to these locations.. One can enjoy tennis and golf as well as swimming or just relaxing by the bar and restaurant!

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance

Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.
