Description
We are located in the heart of the Romantic Zone. A few short blocks from the beach. No car needed, just walk out your front door to a day of fun. We are a BRAND NEW modern building with an elevator and rooftop pool deck for our guests to enjoy. Flat land around us, no climbing up hills to get home. EVERY DAY a maid comes into your suite to clean. We are offering special discounted rates right now. We have a wonderful rooftop terrace with an infinity edge pool, hammock lounge, a fire pit, complete outdoor kitchen & bbq. In the evening you can see the nightly fireworks from the pirate ship from the rooftop. It is truly magical. The owners of the building live on site so if there is anything you need, we are available. Other things to note: -We are a keyless building. You will use one code to enter the front gate and any 4-digit code of your choice to enter your loft. -There is a video monitor doorbell in the room (and on the rooftop pool deck) so you can see who is at the front door and buzz them into the building (if you wanted to get takeout!). -There is also a laptop size safe in the closet so you can store all of your valuables. The neighborhood: We are located in Romantic Zone. There are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and places to shop on our street. Basilio Badillo is the most popular street in town. There are so many wonderful taco carts and seafood restaurants all around us. There are multiple places around us that the "taco tours" bring people to. If you are a foodie, you will want to stay HERE. Getting around: Uber is available and there are taxi's all around us. There is also a bus stop at the end of our block. Transportation is very easy :) We are on a residential street so street parking is the only option but its not hard to find a spot, especially at night. Unique Benefits: We have collaborated with a local artist, Misael. Our building features 5 unique gigantic murals and multiple pieces of canvas art. All of the canvas art is for sale from Misael. If you love a piece of art but would rather buy a print, we can make that happen. We are the ONLY boutique hotel in PV to have done this.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival, full refund.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
