Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Children Policies
Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 3.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 200.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure.
Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee
Property Heating is included in the rent Extra fees charge for unreasonable use.
Air Conditioning & Fees
Air Conditioning is included in the rent Excessive use will be charge for by deducting the cost from the security deposit.
