GREAT LOCATION. COZY, COMFORTABLE
Overall we were very happy with this rental. The only reason it didn’t 5 stars overall is because the toilet ran 24 hours a day. It was an easy fix I’m sure. It didn’t interfere with our stay but it was a bit loud. I sent an email about this issue and when we were checking out, a maintenance guy came to fix it. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. the location is great. About a two minute walk to Wakiki Beach. Note that if you need an elevator, this is not for you as you have to walk up steps to get to your unit. I would recommend this place.

Memorable Hawaiian holiday
Very pleased with the accommodations. Clean and well equipped kitchen. So close to the beach. Nice touch with startup supplies, toiletries, dish soap,etc. Was greatly appreciated. We asked for an extra chair, and it was delivered that same day. Special thanks to the young lady doing laundry, she was very helpful and accommodating, especially the day that our internet failed. All in all a very problem free vacation. Thank you Ali’s Beach Rentals.

Best place to stay in Honolulu
I had an amazing 2 month stay in this rental with my family. Everything was perfect and the value for money on Oahu definitely cannot be beat! The complimentary laundry for guests was a huge plus for a long stay, as well as the full kitchen. The beds were so comfortable and sheets and towels were very clean. Everyone I spoke to, from the office to the housekeepers on site were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back and highly recommend. Mahalo!

Great place
This was the second second time I've stayed here. It's a great place very clean. The location is great 2 blocks from the beach, shopping and great places to eat.

Lovely Family Getaway
Our condo in the Royal Moana building was everything we needed. Seperate beds for the kids and bedroom for us, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities onsite and the most valuable feature for us with a rental car - free parking! We would definitely book here again.<br/>The only suggestions we have to make an awesome location even better would be the changing of blinds (the verticals let Alot of street light in at night) and a BBQ grill onsite to make use of.

Perfect location in Waikiki
Excellent location for exploring either by foot or car, however certain things lacking in unit itself. No light in clothes closet makes it difficult in evening, no tissues supplied, shower stall could use a caddy so that shampoo etc. does not have to be placed on floor. A blanket should be supplied as the weather was cool when we were there. A screen on the balcony glass door would allow for fresh air in the unit.

If you are looking for a place to force you outdoors, this is it!
The pictures must have been taken a long time ago. The rug you see in the picture is now worn and gray; cushions on the couch are missing and the bed is a headboard nailed to the wall, but not attached to the bedframe! No screen on the sliding glass door and really only one other window in the living space. Very noisy street all night long. Positive: kitchen is new, stove is not. Off street free parking is great. 2 blocks from the beach, and beach chairs there to take with you to the beach.

Nice location - uncomfortable beds.
We recently stayed at the Royal Moana. We enjoyed the location during our stay, but the beds were very uncomfortable. The sheets were also hot and itchy. We didn't have one good nights sleep during our stay. The unit could use some updating such as new rugs. It was also noisy if you didn't turn the AC up high during the night. It was a short walk to Waikiki Beach.

Sad place and Noise
Unsafe neighborhood vacant lot with homeless people. This is a nightmare and I will never ever return. The place was dirty and bathroom not clean.

Nice little apartment. Close to everything, without the price tag
Overall we had a wonderful stay. Short stroll to the main strip where all the action is. Clean and tidy. Plenty of clean towels supplied.<br/>Parking a bonus when other guests don’t park there. Annoyed as there is limited street parking in the area.

Great location, cheap parking, clean unit
We have stayed with Ali'i Beach Rentals one time before this trip but this is my new favorite place to stay in Waikiki. Condo was clean and great location. We reserved a parking spot for half of what some hotels charge for parking. Great secure building which uses codes which I prefer to keys. We were leaving close to midnight and were able to extend our stay for 1/2 a day at a reduced charge. On site laundry located in common patio area was also inexpensive compared to hotel machines.

Close to Wakiki
Overall, place very clean. Close walking distance to Wakiki strip, beach and restaurants. However, dated furniture and cooking accessories. Bed mattress needs to be changed. Provided beach equipment need to be replace, as many are broken and extremely dirty.

Great place to stay

Make sure you reserve parking
My girl and I stayed on the second floor for three days. My first experience in Oahu was in the ko olina beach club, so the bar was set pretty high considering the accommodations. Due to our budget, we tried pinching pennies by staying closer to downtown. The room was a decent size and was relatively clean. If you're planning on doing a lot of outdoor type excursions, please remember to reserve parking because there's slim pickin's close by the condo. My main gripe is that the AC was broken. Good thing the breeze was blowing everynight. Also, really utilize the Alii app. For a budget stay, it was fine. Thanks Alii.

Vacation spot
This place was in a very convenient spot for the beach, zoo, diamond head and shopping/food. We had a great stay although most of the dishes were dirty in the cabinets.

Royal Moana 240 Liliuokalani Ave
Checked in Sept2 11pm, 2017 check in instruction's outdated but easy enough once you figure out the key pad is on the door not the wall. Room was awesome but a little more worn then the photo's on website. Great location, 1/2 block to main transit stop & ABC store, 2 blocks to beach. Room not sound proof [loud neighbor's, street noise] but we live in the country & not use to much noise!! Great beach & bath towel's.Great to have a washer & drier to use. Been to other VRBO's that had more food supplies [salt,pepper,sugar coffee etc.]but shopping was close & gave left over's to neighbor's when we left. Deck was a little narrow but it is in Hawaii so who care's Overall a great location close to the beach, dining etc. We would love to come back again !!!

Just what we needed
Walking distant to everything you need, condo was stocked for our 4 night stay, just needed groceries!<br/>Beach towels & Cooler available, safe area, check in and out was a breeze, we did rent a parking stall tho and thankfully so as it was really limited and pricey in the area.

We loved our little condo near Waikiki Beach!
It was the perfect place for us. My son is in the Navy and stopped in Pearl Harbor on the the ship. It was the perfect place to come & relax to get off the ship. It was like a small home away from home.

My May Stay on Oahu
Wonderful location and with Parking easy to come and go. The condo unit was well stocked with pots and pans etc. The only down side of the unit was the cabinets are to high and no elevator to bring luggage up especially since we were 3 women traveling with all our suitcases.

Perfect Spot
We loved staying at the Royal Moana. It's a 5 minute walk to world famous Waikiki Beach. Close to attractions and shopping and restaurants, it was fantastic. We especially loved all the beach equipment provided for us. The tv with all the channels was an added bonus. Such a great experience!

Quick Stopover
Experience was great, property is in a convenient location only a few blocks from the beach, restaurants and shopping. The unit was clean and very well maintained. Check in and out was simple as no keys are needed. Management was accommodating as my flight arrived in HNL early in the morning, they allowed for me to check-in earlier than originally scheduled. I highly recommend staying here as the value for the money is considerably better than staying at a hotel. The only thing that you cannot get here that you can at hotels is a beach view, that that will come at a price.

Short stay in Waikiki
This is a cute little condo with 2 spots in the carport and really close to the beach. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go and if we wanted to go farther the bus was nearby. The rugs need replaced and it would be nice to have a blanket or two available. We didn't see management but everything we needed was in the book about the property

Waikiki Condo 201
The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and close to Diamond Head. The condo itself was very clean and modern (with the exception of no dishwasher). Good value for your money.

Good place to stay
Awesome! Clean place, no bugs. They have all the cooking utensils, beach towels and even beach chairs and umbrellas which came in very handy. All except the customer service who messed up my parking which I reserved in Feb for a trip in April, however they did give me a credit to park a block away. The owner of the cleaning crew was really a nice person. She even offered to vacuum my room but I told her that I will sweep it. They need to put a vacuum that cleans better. Check in and out was a breeze. If I ever go back to Ohau, I will stay there again. Thank you for making our first visit a good one.

Pleasant enough!
If you are after a great escape, Waikiki probably isn't it. Nevertheless, if it does strike your fancy this rental home is a great way to stay. Beach ware is provided, including beach towels, boogie boards, snorkels, bucket and space. The setting is quite urban but you are only a short walk from the beach. Highly recommend swimming in the open ocean. We didn't try surfing but it looks easy and there are lots of people providing lessons. The beach is a bit crowded but - hey, it's Waikiki! Lots of good restaurants in the street away from the sea on the other side of the canal.

Amazing experience
The place was amazing, very clean and comfortable, the staff were very professional,they answered our emails very quickly, the place was very very near from the waikiki beach and in a quiet street, totally recommend to a friend, my mother and brother loved too! Waikiki Condo
Enjoyed the stay here. Great location near the beach, restaurants, shopping and The Bus. We found the bus system easy to use and a great escape from a rental car. Let them do the driving. Just remember to have your Medicare card with you to get the $1/ ride discount. Loved the marble shower in this place. Would recommend getting a sleep mask to help sleep as there is a lot of light coming in at night.

Quick walk to Waikiki
We would stay here again. Just a block from the main strip and three blocks to the beach. Great value. Buses are close and will get you wherever you need to go. It's really built for three but we made four of us work. <br/><br/>Lots of street noise at nights. The kitchen was convenient, but could use some matching bowls, cups, etc. For the price it's a great deal. Don't be afraid of the neighbors.

Great location
We loved the location! The city area is busy with people out and about at all times, which was fun! We were about three walking minutes away from the beach. You can walk to anything, shopping,dining, the beach! The condo was nice.

Great place to stay in Waikiki
Very convenient and central location. Close to the beach and all kinds of shops and restaurants. The property manager, Mike Seper, provided us with an excellent customer service! He resolved a couple of minor issues we had with our TV, electric range and a door lock immediately, at the point of occurrence. Mike was always friendly and nice, which made our stay even more enjoyable. :-)<br/>Overall, this is a very decent place to stay in Waikiki at an affordable price. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Paradise in Hawaii
Our rental property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for two. Lots of amenities for the beach, only three blocks to the beautiful waikiki beach. Futon not comfortable to sleep on and if you closed the pocket doors to the bedroom, you would not feel the air-conditioning. I would definately rent this property again.

Hawaiian getaway
When looking for a condo to rent for our trip to Hawaii, we didn't want to be in a high-rise but wanted to be in Waikiki. While searching the internet I came upon this unit and was just what we were looking for! Only 6 units and we were on the 2nd floor. Under building parking, which really was a perk to have especially since parking is a complete nightmare! The unit was very nice and clean and was perfect for the two of us. We come to Hawaii every 5 years and it's been a long time since we've been back to Oahu. We always go to Maui or the Big Island. I took one of the magnets on the refrigerator and will pass it on to my friends who are going to Oahu and give them a great review of our stay there. Perfect location & very affordable!
We had a great stay this past October. The check in/out was real easy and the location couldn't be better. It was a very affordable price for the two of us and had a futon that could've slept 2 more. We had a few days of stormy weather and a little water flooded but they gladly refunded us some of the stay. I would stay there again for sure!

Not again.
Unit 201 was not what the pictures looked like on line. There was no mention of the air conditioning unit was a window unit. Not very clean and the bed was worn out and very uncomfortable. Very noisy.

Great for sort business trip.
Clean and plenty of room. Paid extra for the parking spot which was well worth it. Kitchen was nice but you won't find a sharp knife if you need one. I would stay here again.

Royal Moan 201
Another Ali'i Beach Rental property for our stay in Waikiki. Stayed here before on a different floor. Almost identical. Exactly as advertised. Everything worked as it should except the sliding door on the lanai. Wasn't worth worrying about but mentioned it on leaving. Had no reason to call for help with any issues. Wifi was better this time and could handle Skype video pretty well most days. Handy to the bus system and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Free beach gear as usual. Only downside is Liliuokalani avenue can be noisy. Trucks and buses use it to get out of town at times.

It was such a wonderful experience. The place was soo nice and it was clean. Accessible to waikiki beach and diamond head. We chose royal moana for a couple of times and they never let us down. Convenient location
I rented two units in June. In general, my family's stays were great. The units were very clean, the location is great, very close to Waikiki. Here are some improvements, the key sets were a little confused. Some sets have three keys, only one of them was working on the unit door. I would expect only two keys, one was for the outside gate, one was for my own unit. The kitchen should have a few of more cooking wares. The beach stuffs were mostly broken like boogie board, beach umbrella etc.

Month Stay at Royal Moana 201
Let me start by saying that I've been coming to Waikiki for many decades and owned two condos when I lived there so I've been both owner and guest. This is the only place I would stay in again. The pros: best location for going to the beach; super clean; elegant interior; large bathroom; plenty of storage; lanai with an overhang that keeps it shaded enough to be able to use it; groundskeeper and maintenance person promptly respond to questions; nice little enclosed courtyard; complete kitchen; excellent key situation; close to bus stop. Cons: incredibly noisy which can't be helped, and uncomfortable furniture for me (cushions are flat) so I ended up sitting on the bed.

A very restful and lovely stay
We enjoyed staying at this place as it is very close to the water and the shopping centers. We loved that it had an abundance of towels and some shampoo/conditioner/soap to start us off with. It felt safe because of the extra gate you have to come through. It was clean and had everything we needed. A few suggestions: the glass sliding door can be oiled or changed; very stiff. Also a good idea to have a place for your cleaning employees to have a place to park so they don't use the reserved parking space. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!

It was a nice rental, comfortable. The picture does not represent the unit we stayed in. It would have been nice to have a real pic of our unit rather than a generic pic for all the units in the building. It was only 2 of us, so we would have chosen a unit with more room and less sleeping space (futon, etc. Would be nice to have a shower caddy to put soap and shampoo on. All in all, a very nice clean and comfy rental only 4 blocks from the shore right in the heart of Waikiki. Beautiful. Advise you to pay the 15 dollars a day to get a parking space. Parking is pretty non existent in Waikiki so if you have a car you are kinda screwed without a designated parking space. =)

We could have stayed forever!
This is just a really nice place, nothing fancy, but good vibes, lots of natural light, wonderful tropical landscaping, fantastic location, and friendly, helpful, professional staff. Mike the Maintenance Man went out of his way to be responsive and helpful; when the ISP went out (not the building's fault) he still personally trekked around to get everybody up and running fast. Bus stop nearby, walk to beach, 2 good breakfast restaurants at hotels right of Lili'uokalani. Couple of blocks from Food Pantry, International Market Place. A little old Hawaii! Lots of friendly people walking cute dogs in the neighborhood, too! Thanks Mike and Alii for a great stay.

Great location, Great unit, Great Staff
Booked the unit last minute, staff was very responsive and booking was a breeze. Arrived earlier than check in time, Unit was clean and rental staff was kind and allowed us to check in early. Accommodations we as described and the location was great. 5 minute walk to the beach, but far enough to get quiet. Unit condition was good with exception of the extremely difficult to open sliding glass door and some peeling restroom ceiling paint. All in all it was a great experience for the price and would definitely recommend to others in the future.

This was our second time to this property and have enjoyed our stay both times. We found the booking process to be easy and all necessary information emailed to us in a timely manner. When we arrived at the property we were greeted with a beautifully landscaped yard. <br/>The unit itself has been well maintained and is overall clean. The unit could use more kitchen and bath towels.<br/>We love this location ... It was a short 2 1/2 blocks to the beach !! Very close to all the amenities and fun of Waikiki.

Overall, my stay was very good and I would stay there again. As the teflon pan and some cooking untentils are a bit worn out, I rated cleanliness as 3 star. Also, needed a cutting board and better kitchen knife. Updating these items and I would rate it a 4 star.

Great value
This is a nice small condo in a great location in Waikiki. It is clean and quiet and great if you prefer not to eat out every meal. No view but does have a full kitchen, laundry facilities, parking if you need it, and great location.

Waikki Vacation in June
The Condo is just 3-4 blks from Waikki Beach. A little family run store for all your needs right next store. Everything is walking distance. We rented the wake boards, beach chair and umbrella, which is a diffent must! The chair came in so handy. A suggestion regarding the umbrellas. You need to dig a hole deep down so the umbrella does not fly away with the winds on the beach. Other hotels rent them daily and they weigh them down. We purchased 2 of the large Hawaiian water bottles ($.99 each) and froze them and used a pair of shoe laces to time to the umbrella and to the reuseable material cooler we brought with us. We had no problems that we needed the property manager but our neighbors door lock broke and they called and someone with there within 15 minutes and then a locksmith had to be called and he was there within a half hour and this was on a Sunday. Very nicely taken care of. We would diffently stay here again. Only suggestion I would have is to have salt and pepper in the condo. We needed to buy that. We left it for the next guests. Also if planning ahead for your vacation, check on line into Groupons and Living Social for deals to purchase for your location. We took a 2 hour surf lessons for $49 each, a 20 minute Banana boat ride for $13 each and a 2 hour Eco Submarine Scooter ride and boat trip for $98 each. This saved us money, so plan ahead.

Great stay
Would have been all 5's except the patio door was broken. This place was spotless with lots of beach gear; chairs, umbrella... to use while staying there. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a reasonably priced condo close to the beach.

Smaller Than It Looks
The unit has good amenities and is about 4 blocks from Waikiki beach, so the location is good. However, it is a very tight squeeze for four people. In the pictures it looks larger than it actually is. Luckily we brought a queen-sized air mattress, because we wouldn't have had sleeping space otherwise. I would highly recommend this strategy.<br/><br/>The street under the bedroom window is not busy with car traffic, but there is a lot of noise from passersby, particularly late at night. People returning from parties, and so forth.<br/><br/>Finally, the air conditioning unit is quite noisy, so for light sleepers, that could be a problem.<br/><br/>Overall, we had a decent stay and enjoyed being close to the action of Waikiki. The price is great for the location and number of beds.

Feels Like Home

The Best, Ever
The Royal Moana was the best place I've stayed in my life. Small, clean, aesthetically pleasing, well-situated, well equipped: just a delight. Communication was excellent, changes in my arrangements were handled seamlessly. Not only would I recommend this place to others, I'm going to start saving for my next trip to Oahu and plan to stay there again. In a way it reminded me of a more low-key place on the Mediterranean. It made preparing for my son's wedding a joy!

Location and Ambience enhanced our trip
This was our second trip to Oahu, and the first time for staying in the Waikiki area. Rather than staying in a high rise and relying on an elevator, we elected to stay in a second floor walk-up with off street parking just below our flat. The building is well maintained and the management company is responsive to any questions. My wife and I would recommend this lodging to a single or a couple wanting to enjoy the Island without feeling like a tourist.

Great Week!
This condo was perfect! It is at the far end of Waikiki beach which is much more user friendly! It is also very close to San Souci beach where we went daily. The location was wonderful, we walked everywhere. The condo is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a run of the mill meal and we felt very at home especially when we shopped at the little grocer right next door!

Nice place in the heart of Waikiki
The cleaning crew was great, the condo was very nice with everything you can think of. The parking pass is a must. I did not like Waikiki as it is noisy and congested. However, that is the area in which the Condo is located, and I do not see that any other<br/> accommodations would help that - I picked the location. The only issue with the Condo was ants, which needs to be addressed; no ants = 5 stars.<br/>

This was a good location, you dont need a car if you are staying in the Waikiki area. We had a car because we like to explore the country side. About 4 blocks to the beach, nice comfortable apt, and provided the basics for cooking, including some plastic containers for food.

Appartement clean et très bon emplacement!

Great location. A bit small for four people.
Again, agreat location, but we found it a bit small for four adults. Also noisy with traffic noise and people noise. Ear plugs worked for night time rest. Table was small for convenient dining and there were only only 3 kitchen chairs. Toaster was broken too. But for inexpensive Waikiki break it was good - we were mostly out and about anyways, and it was clean and safe.

Great place close to the beach
Three of us stayed in the unit for 6 nights. It could get a little noisy at night because the traffic a block away. A noise machine was provided and that seemed to help a lot. Overall the condo was clean and the bed really comfortable. The condos are a really close walk to the beach and the beach gear they provide was a life saver. Checking in and out was easy so was booking the room. When I head to Honolulu again I'll definitely look into these again.

Great Location, Great Condo!
I was a housekeeper in a condo association, so I know what a great, clean condo looks like, and this is it! We were more than happy with the location, it's 4 blocks from Waikiki, and right next to a little grocery shop. Cheap laundry and all the beach equipment you'll need. Full Kitchen with all the dishes etc you'll need.

Checked in Sept2 11pm, 2017 check in instruction's outdated but easy enough once you figure out the key pad is on the door not the wall. Room was awesome but a little more worn then the photo's on website. Great location, 1/2 block to main transit stop & ABC store, 2 blocks to beach. Room not sound proof [loud neighbor's, street noise] but we live in the country & not use to much noise!! Great beach & bath towel's.Great to have a washer & drier to use. Been to other VRBO's that had more food supplies [salt,pepper,sugar coffee etc.]but shopping was close & gave left over's to neighbor's when we left. Deck was a little narrow but it is in Hawaii so who care's Overall a great location close to the beach, dining etc. We would love to come back again !!!

My girl and I stayed on the second floor for three days. My first experience in Oahu was in the ko olina beach club, so the bar was set pretty high considering the accommodations. Due to our budget, we tried pinching pennies by staying closer to downtown. The room was a decent size and was relatively clean. If you're planning on doing a lot of outdoor type excursions, please remember to reserve parking because there's slim pickin's close by the condo. My main gripe is that the AC was broken. Good thing the breeze was blowing everynight. Also, really utilize the Alii app. For a budget stay, it was fine. Thanks Alii.

We have stayed with Ali'i Beach Rentals one time before this trip but this is my new favorite place to stay in Waikiki. Condo was clean and great location. We reserved a parking spot for half of what some hotels charge for parking. Great secure building which uses codes which I prefer to keys. We were leaving close to midnight and were able to extend our stay for 1/2 a day at a reduced charge. On site laundry located in common patio area was also inexpensive compared to hotel machines.

Unit condition was good with exception of the extremely difficult to open sliding glass door and some peeling restroom ceiling paint. All in all it was a great experience for the price and would definitely recommend to others in the future.

This is just a really nice place, nothing fancy, but good vibes, lots of natural light, wonderful tropical landscaping, fantastic location, and friendly, helpful, professional staff. Mike the Maintenance Man went out of his way to be responsive and helpful; when the ISP went out (not the building's fault) he still personally trekked around to get everybody up and running fast. Bus stop nearby, walk to beach, 2 good breakfast restaurants at hotels right of Lili'uokalani. Couple of blocks from Food Pantry, International Market Place. A little old Hawaii! Lots of friendly people walking cute dogs in the neighborhood, too! Thanks Mike and Alii for a great stay.

It was a nice rental, comfortable. The picture does not represent the unit we stayed in. It would have been nice to have a real pic of our unit rather than a generic pic for all the units in the building. It was only 2 of us, so we would have chosen a unit with more room and less sleeping space (futon, etc. Would be nice to have a shower caddy to put soap and shampoo on. All in all, a very nice clean and comfy rental only 4 blocks from the shore right in the heart of Waikiki. Beautiful. Advise you to pay the 15 dollars a day to get a parking space. Parking is pretty non existent in Waikiki so if you have a car you are kinda screwed without a designated parking space. =)

Let me start by saying that I've been coming to Waikiki for many decades and owned two condos when I lived there so I've been both owner and guest. This is the only place I would stay in again. The pros: best location for going to the beach; super clean; elegant interior; large bathroom; plenty of storage; lanai with an overhang that keeps it shaded enough to be able to use it; groundskeeper and maintenance person promptly respond to questions; nice little enclosed courtyard; complete kitchen; excellent key situation; close to bus stop. Cons: incredibly noisy which can't be helped, and uncomfortable furniture for me (cushions are flat) so I ended up sitting on the bed.

We enjoyed staying at this place as it is very close to the water and the shopping centers. We loved that it had an abundance of towels and some shampoo/conditioner/soap to start us off with. It felt safe because of the extra gate you have to come through. It was clean and had everything we needed. A few suggestions: the glass sliding door can be oiled or changed; very stiff. Also a good idea to have a place for your cleaning employees to have a place to park so they don't use the reserved parking space. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!

Another Ali'i Beach Rental property for our stay in Waikiki. Stayed here before on a different floor. Almost identical. Exactly as advertised. Everything worked as it should except the sliding door on the lanai. Wasn't worth worrying about but mentioned it on leaving. Had no reason to call for help with any issues. Wifi was better this time and could handle Skype video pretty well most days. Handy to the bus system and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Free beach gear as usual. Only downside is Liliuokalani avenue can be noisy. Trucks and buses use it to get out of town at times.

I rented two units in June. In general, my family's stays were great. The units were very clean, the location is great, very close to Waikiki. Here are some improvements, the key sets were a little confused. Some sets have three keys, only one of them was working on the unit door. I would expect only two keys, one was for the outside gate, one was for my own unit. The kitchen should have a few of more cooking wares. The beach stuffs were mostly broken like boogie board, beach umbrella etc.

It was such a wonderful experience. The place was soo nice and it was clean. Accessible to waikiki beach and diamond head. We chose royal moana for a couple of times and they never let us down. Unit 201 was not what the pictures looked like on line. There was no mention of the air conditioning unit was a window unit. Not very clean and the bed was worn out and very uncomfortable. Very noisy.

Very convenient and central location. Close to the beach and all kinds of shops and restaurants. The property manager, Mike Seper, provided us with an excellent customer service! He resolved a couple of minor issues we had with our TV, electric range and a door lock immediately, at the point of occurrence. Mike was always friendly and nice, which made our stay even more enjoyable. :-)<br/>Overall, this is a very decent place to stay in Waikiki at an affordable price. We would definitely recommend this rental.

We had a great stay this past October. The check in/out was real easy and the location couldn't be better. It was a very affordable price for the two of us and had a futon that could've slept 2 more. We had a few days of stormy weather and a little water flooded but they gladly refunded us some of the stay. I would stay there again for sure!

When looking for a condo to rent for our trip to Hawaii, we didn't want to be in a high-rise but wanted to be in Waikiki. While searching the internet I came upon this unit and was just what we were looking for! Only 6 units and we were on the 2nd floor. Under building parking, which really was a perk to have especially since parking is a complete nightmare! The unit was very nice and clean and was perfect for the two of us. We come to Hawaii every 5 years and it's been a long time since we've been back to Oahu. We always go to Maui or the Big Island. I took one of the magnets on the refrigerator and will pass it on to my friends who are going to Oahu and give them a great review of our stay there. Our rental property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for two. Lots of amenities for the beach, only three blocks to the beautiful waikiki beach. Futon not comfortable to sleep on and if you closed the pocket doors to the bedroom, you would not feel the air-conditioning. I would definately rent this property again.

We loved the location! The city area is busy with people out and about at all times, which was fun! We were about three walking minutes away from the beach. You can walk to anything, shopping,dining, the beach! The condo was nice.

We would stay here again. Just a block from the main strip and three blocks to the beach. Great value. Buses are close and will get you wherever you need to go. It's really built for three but we made four of us work. <br/><br/>Lots of street noise at nights. The kitchen was convenient, but could use some matching bowls, cups, etc. For the price it's a great deal. Don't be afraid of the neighbors.

Enjoyed the stay here. Great location near the beach, restaurants, shopping and The Bus. We found the bus system easy to use and a great escape from a rental car. Let them do the driving. Just remember to have your Medicare card with you to get the $1/ ride discount. Loved the marble shower in this place. Would recommend getting a sleep mask to help sleep as there is a lot of light coming in at night.

If you are after a great escape, Waikiki probably isn't it. Nevertheless, if it does strike your fancy this rental home is a great way to stay. Beach ware is provided, including beach towels, boogie boards, snorkels, bucket and space. The setting is quite urban but you are only a short walk from the beach. Highly recommend swimming in the open ocean. We didn't try surfing but it looks easy and there are lots of people providing lessons. The beach is a bit crowded but - hey, it's Waikiki! Lots of good restaurants in the street away from the sea on the other side of the canal.

Awesome! Clean place, no bugs. They have all the cooking utensils, beach towels and even beach chairs and umbrellas which came in very handy. All except the customer service who messed up my parking which I reserved in Feb for a trip in April, however they did give me a credit to park a block away. The owner of the cleaning crew was really a nice person. She even offered to vacuum my room but I told her that I will sweep it. They need to put a vacuum that cleans better. Check in and out was a breeze. If I ever go back to Ohau, I will stay there again. Thank you for making our first visit a good one.

I was a housekeeper in a condo association, so I know what a great, clean condo looks like, and this is it! We were more than happy with the location, it's 4 blocks from Waikiki, and right next to a little grocery shop. Cheap laundry and all the beach equipment you'll need. Full Kitchen with all the dishes etc you'll need.

Three of us stayed in the unit for 6 nights. It could get a little noisy at night because the traffic a block away. A noise machine was provided and that seemed to help a lot. Overall the condo was clean and the bed really comfortable. The condos are a really close walk to the beach and the beach gear they provide was a life saver. Checking in and out was easy so was booking the room. When I head to Honolulu again I'll definitely look into these again.

Again, agreat location, but we found it a bit small for four adults. Also noisy with traffic noise and people noise. Ear plugs worked for night time rest. Table was small for convenient dining and there were only only 3 kitchen chairs. Toaster was broken too. But for inexpensive Waikiki break it was good - we were mostly out and about anyways, and it was clean and safe.

This was our second trip to Oahu, and the first time for staying in the Waikiki area. Rather than staying in a high rise and relying on an elevator, we elected to stay in a second floor walk-up with off street parking just below our flat. The building is well maintained and the management company is responsive to any questions. My wife and I would recommend this lodging to a single or a couple wanting to enjoy the Island without feeling like a tourist.

This was a good location, you dont need a car if you are staying in the Waikiki area. We had a car because we like to explore the country side. About 4 blocks to the beach, nice comfortable apt, and provided the basics for cooking, including some plastic containers for food.

This was our third trip to th3 property; we love it. It is casual, feels like, home, and located in a neighborhood just 1.5 blocks from the beach. I managed hotels for years; it is not a hotel with luxury amenities and concierge services. What is does<br/> have is a feel as if you have your own little piece of Waikiki during your stay. The cleaning crew was great, the condo was very nice with everything you can think of. The parking pass is a must. I did not like Waikiki as it is noisy and congested. However, that is the area in which the Condo is located, and I do not see that any other<br/> accommodations would help that - I picked the location. The only issue with the Condo was ants, which needs to be addressed; no ants = 5 stars.<br/>

This condo was perfect! It is at the far end of Waikiki beach which is much more user friendly! It is also very close to San Souci beach where we went daily. The location was wonderful, we walked everywhere. The condo is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a run of the mill meal and we felt very at home especially when we shopped at the little grocer right next door!

The Royal Moana was the best place I've stayed in my life. Small, clean, aesthetically pleasing, well-situated, well equipped: just a delight. Communication was excellent, changes in my arrangements were handled seamlessly. Not only would I recommend this place to others, I'm going to start saving for my next trip to Oahu and plan to stay there again. In a way it reminded me of a more low-key place on the Mediterranean. It made preparing for my son's wedding a joy!

The Condo is just 3-4 blks from Waikki Beach. A little family run store for all your needs right next store. Everything is walking distance. We rented the wake boards, beach chair and umbrella, which is a diffent must! The chair came in so handy. A suggestion regarding the umbrellas. You need to dig a hole deep down so the umbrella does not fly away with the winds on the beach. Other hotels rent them daily and they weigh them down. We purchased 2 of the large Hawaiian water bottles ($.99 each) and froze them and used a pair of shoe laces to time to the umbrella and to the reuseable material cooler we brought with us. We had no problems that we needed the property manager but our neighbors door lock broke and they called and someone with there within 15 minutes and then a locksmith had to be called and he was there within a half hour and this was on a Sunday. Very nicely taken care of. We would diffently stay here again. Only suggestion I would have is to have salt and pepper in the condo. We needed to

The unit has good amenities and is about 4 blocks from Waikiki beach, so the location is good. However, it is a very tight squeeze for four people. In the pictures it looks larger than it actually is. Luckily we brought a queen-sized air mattress, because we wouldn't have had sleeping space otherwise. I would highly recommend this strategy.<br/><br/>The street under the bedroom window is not busy with car traffic, but there is a lot of noise from passersby, particularly late at night. People returning from parties, and so forth.<br/><br/>Finally, the air conditioning unit is quite noisy, so for light sleepers, that could be a problem.<br/><br/>Overall, we had a decent stay and enjoyed being close to the action of Waikiki. The price is great for the location and number of beds.

This is a nice small condo in a great location in Waikiki. It is clean and quiet and great if you prefer not to eat out every meal. No view but does have a full kitchen, laundry facilities, parking if you need it, and great location.

Overall, my stay was very good and I would stay there again. As the teflon pan and some cooking untentils are a bit worn out, I rated cleanliness as 3 star. Also, needed a cutting board and better kitchen knife. Updating these items and I would rate it a 4 star.

This was our second time to this property and have enjoyed our stay both times. We found the booking process to be easy and all necessary information emailed to us in a timely manner. When we arrived at the property we were greeted with a beautifully landscaped yard. <br/>The unit itself has been well maintained and is overall clean. we stayed here on our honeymoon and we are 2 poor college kids. the place was nice but nothing special. we spent most of our time out on the island so we pretty much only stayed there for the nights. the only bad part is that parking in waikiki is so bad. we didnt pay for parking but it might be worth it since we drove around for at least 10 min to find a place each not, which isnt that bad. its just a couple blocks from the beach and you are right in the center of all the shops and everything in waikiki. it was also nice that we couldnt hear anything outside of the apartment outside of a few sirens and stuff. overall we loved it and would stay there again for sure.
