We enjoyed very much our stay at this facility. It was very convenient & parking was a breeze without cost.. The facility was in great shape, had all the things we needed including beach equipment. A newly installed "charging" desk was an extra for charging the Mobile Phone. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

My wife and I stayed in this Royal Sea Cliff condominium during the last week of October 2021. It is located a short 15 minute walk from the main beach front restaurants in Kona. The room is nicely decorated and very clean and the owner is very good in responding to questions and offered wonderful advice on things to do on the island! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this condominium.

This was our first time booking through Ownerdirect.com and compared to another nameless site the process was very easy and quick, no waiting for a pin to be texted to you which never came!

The owner got back to us right away and everything was as advertised. The unit has everything you need including a washer and dryer, towels, cooking utensils, etc. Just need to make a Costco or Safeway run before you get there. The owner also has a couple of boogie boards, snorkel and masks and a beach umbrella with two chairs available for use. If you follow directions you will end up parking right below the unit so access is very easy. The unit has two pools although we were out and about everyday so we never had time to use them, we preferred the beach instead. It's a 2.8k walk to town so if you want to get some exercise and some dinner its a nice walk.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. The owner was easy to get a hold of and answered any questions we had in a timely manner.

Thanks for making our first trip to the Big Island a memorable one.

Owner was great to deal with and easy to reach. We didn't have to contact him for anything while we were at the condo because he set it up so well. The location is a nice short bike ride to downtown Kailua, and close to a farmer's market in the other direction. The sliver of the ocean that you can see from the large balcony is really nice for morning coffees, and keep your eyes peeled for the geckos hanging around just outside the balcony (cute little critters). This place is great for one person or a couple during Ironman week, highly recommend!
