As you reach the Ocean, there are two large swimming pools, one Fresh the other Pacific Sea Water. Both have dressing room facilities, and a new in-ground jetted spa, and sauna. There are 2 professional BBQ areas, Ping Pong Table, Tennis Court, plus a Game Room. Even a computer with a printer for free use. FREE Bonus Included are Four Free Weekly Activities; Monday, there is Free Food and Live Entertainment. Tuesday is a Live Performance and Free local Foods and Drinks. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 33 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 65 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 65 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 50.00 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 159.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply. Guest is asked to start the first load of laundry.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 119.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service. Requests for this service must be received well in advance of your stay.
