This rental is for one of 2 suites on the upper level of our lovely villa, located in a residential area in Runaway Bay between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios. It is on an acre of tropical land with fruit trees and lots of beautiful flowers. We overlook the golf course and are only minutes from one of the prettiest beaches in Jamaica. Each suite is very private and has a king size bed, bathroom , kitchenette and balcony overlooking our property. The suites are great for singles or couples that are wanting to keep their costs down. We have two gazebos and a small pond. Maid service is included one time during the week. (Including laundry) Tips are not included.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100.00 USD is due immediately.
