Our Villa is your affordable vacation home located at Runaway Bay, in the exclusive Cardiff Hall Estate on the North Coast of Jamaica.There are four large air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, cable tv,and walk in closet.The open living area has wifi and SONOS wireless speaker that you can connect to your devise to play all your favourite music. The villa is ideal for family renunions,small receptions, or a group of friends. Swim at leisure in your own private fresh water pool, or relax in the sunshine in the pool area. Free access to Flavours public beach, and Ocean Park shared private beach for villa guests is just minutes away. The optional cook - housekeeper will prepare delicious meals for you, served on the terrace, pool area, or in the formal dining room. There are fantastic local places to eat and nearby hotels such as Jewel Resorts, Sandals,Club Ambiance, Gran Bahia, FDR, RIU where you can purchase a day pass, or night pass for evening activities and nightlife. The Villa is just 20 minutes from the legendary Dunn's River Falls, and only 25 minutes to the new Island Village in Ocho Rios,with lots of shopping ,restaurants,Margaritaville beach bar, and Hard Rock Cafe.In Ocho Rios, you can swim with the Dolphins at Dolphin cove, or visit Mystic Mountain, where several electrifying adventures await those hunting for the latest in excitement . The Villa is also adjacent to Runaway Bay golf course. Runaway Bay is away from the city and is great escape from the busy life. Golfers love the course, and Scuba divers and Snorkelers love the underwater sites. Walkers, joggers and horseback riders love the beach and mountains. We can arrange airport transfers or to have a personal driver to customize your own tours.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 40 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 USD.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
