Minutes away from famous activities: Green Grotto Caves, Bob Marley's birthplace in Nine Mile, Brown's Town market, Dunn's River Falls, SCUBA diving, snorkeling, hiking etc. Bright and airy. Indie travelers, all, welcome. Bring your own groceries. Housekeeping and laundry services are extra. This is a bright and airy one bedroom apartment with an open floor plan and high ceiling -- Guests must be comfortable with stairs. The sleeping loft includes a queen-sized bed and closet. There's also a sofa bed that can sleep one or two persons comfortably. We've limited the occupancy to two persons, but will consider exceptions. It's is a lovely retreat after a day of beach, events, or touring -- and there's so much you can access from Runaway Bay. Open the windows and enjoy "sea breeze" rolling off the visible Caribbean sea - there's also a ceiling fan. Again, great for indie travelers. Walkable neighborhood.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.75 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 USD is due immediately.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 06:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies
