This is a secluded luxury Coach with a private Hot Tub is in a rural location, beside a large forested area with many trails throughout. You'll be within a short driving distance of shopping, dining and recreation facilities. This 40' motor coach has its own private, secluded Hot Tub, an electric fireplace, large slide-out, Corian counters throughout, propane and wood fire pits and a BBQ. Inside there is a Queen sized 'Sleep Number' bed and a queen sofa bed, separate bathroom area and its own washer and dryer. This coach is fully furnished and equipped - just bring your clothes, food & refreshments. The Space You will be secluded in the rural Shirley area just past Sooke, on very quaint acreage with a large forested area beside you. It is fully equipped with TV, Telus Fibre Cable and 1 Gb High Speed Internet and WiFi, linens, dishes, utensils, appliances, a BBQ and a freezer tucked into an outside compartment. It has ample free parking. It is pet friendly (sorry no cats). Guest Access Within driving distance to Sooke shopping centres (15 minutes away), Gordons Beach, Muir Creek Beach, French Beach, Jordan River for surfing, with many other Parks and walking paths close by. Everything from grocery stores, restaurants, medical centres and clinics, drug stores, and a multitude of other shops and stores are all within close proximity. By car you are less than 15 minutes to Sooke, 7 minutes to Shirley Delicious, 12 minutes to Stoked Wood Fired Pizza, 15 minutes to French Beach. Victoria International Airport is 75 minute drive away and 80 minutes from BC Ferries at Swartz Bay. Interaction Guests The owners live on the property in a separate home near by, and are but a phone call or short walk away. Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Stripe

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 3 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 7 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 CAD is due 3 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 4 Adults., Maximum of 3 Children.

Pets are allowed. Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 94.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 94.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
