Parking is free.

Tourism Marketing Fee
Tourism Marketing Fee applied to full rent (including the matching fee).

Payments & Deposit - applicable to Owner's portion of the total only
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 40 or more days prior to arrival, 25 percent of all payments are refunded.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.00 percent surcharge.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1200 EUR is due 30 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
