Nestled in a pine tree hill with a stunning view on the vallée, this contemporary villa is located only 10 mn drive from Aix en Provence in a very quiet environment and total privacy. The villa has been totally renovated. It is located at the feet of La Sainte Victoire, a national protected environment site.
The villa is composed of 3 stories, 4 bedrooms, 4 en-suite bathrooms and three independent water closets (one per floor). The villa is nicely decorated in a contemporary style.

It enjoys a big terrasse of 120 m2 and a lounge patio of 120 m2 for summer holidays with a teck deck around the private pool.

The pool is maintained weekly. Our 2 cats are present and fed by the housekeeper and very affective and friendly.The housekeeping is done once a week in the middle of the stay.

Aix en provence is having nice and cosy restaurants, charming markets full of Provence flavours , music festivals along the year , it is only 30mn drive from the seaside and 45mn drive from the charming Luberon. Countryside.
