This studio, that offers a Queen size bed with a mountain view, is in a group of 4 corner units on a single floor and is perfect for 2 or 3 guests. Considered to be one of Utah's most convenient locations! Bring your significant other or your group who want to stay together, yet have the requisite privacy when it's time to turn in at night or get up and shower in the morning. Rent no more than you need. Each studio has one bed that sleeps 2. The other 3 units are ID's are 201687, 201688 and 201689.

Take advantage of our surroundings, embedded in the service and attraction-rich east side of downtown Salt Lake City, the vibrant East Broadway District. Enjoy annual events and outdoor festivals, restaurants of all varieties, groceries, spas, fitness centers, nightlife, art and antique galleries, a high concentration of public transportation, attractions and amenities, and, importantly, we've organized the information that you'll need to find everything and make your stay easy and wonderful. It will be highly unlikely that your plans for this visit do not involve coming right by our location just to do what you've planned, so you might as well stay right here and use the extra hours you save to fit a few more things into your itinerary. We're just 2 blocks from the free TRAX stop at the Main Library, so getting to and from the airport or 5 of our 10 fantastic ski resorts, for instance, can be extremely reasonable. Why rent a car? Why not do yourself a favor and put those coins toward staying a couple more days right here instead.

This unit has room to add a twin-size roll-away by request for a separate bed or third person for just $40 per night.
