Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Full payment is due at booking time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 4 Adults., Maximum of 4 Children.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 50.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) Size limits: Large - up to 34 kilograms (75 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets Dogs must be kept on leash. Dogs must be well trained & behaved. Pets must not be left unattended. You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them.. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 125.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.

Linen

A fee is charged for Linen One-time fee of 10.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Air Conditioning & Fees

Air Conditioning is included in the rent
