The villa, which boasts an international design award, is a luxurious beachfront villa located the most upscale area of the Yucatan's emerald coast . Enjoy the natural surroundings of the Gulf of Mexico on a very quiet beach with all the amenities one would desire including custom made furniture throughout the home . If you enjoy cooking there is a gourmet cooks kitchen to play in. Every room in the house faces the water with floor to ceiling glass and balconies. It gets better with a totally private rooftop deck where you can lounge, enjoy cocktails or eat meals if desired while having 360 degree views and magnificent sunsets over the water and stargazing at night. The house is equipped with 50 inch HD televisions and cable service for programming in both Spanish and English. There are ceiling fans throughout as well as air conditioners in every room but you can also enjoy the natural sea breezes through the screened doors and windows. Other amenities include king size beds , a dual zone wine cooler, propane cooktop and oven, blue tooth music players in the living room and bedrooms, pressurized water, and a triple osmosis water filter system for drinking water and ice. If you do not want to cook-in there is a well regarded restaurant within a two minute walk serving breakfast, lunch, dinner & cocktails . Shopping for food, banking and other supplies as well as many restaurants is a 20 minute drive into Progresso. Head in the other direction to the quiet fishing village of Telchac Puerto for its many seafood restaurants. You can also buy fresh fish from the local fishermen coops in the afternoon when the boats arrive. Nearby are restaurants, Mayan ruins, flamingo watching, cenotes, boating and fishing. Golf and tennis can be enjoyed at the Yucatan Country Club & Club de Golf along with their spas. For a change of pace you can drive to Merida to take in its cultural activities , historic buildings, museums, dining , night life and music in the streets.. Truly the best of two worlds. All this is only a 45 minute ride from the airport. If you want to visit the Yucatan but do not want to be surrounded by tourists this is the place to be.

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 800.00 USD
