Positioned just a short walk from both the La Jolla Cove and La Jolla Village - better known as “the Jewel of San Diego” - this quintessential seaside village is often regarded as one of the most beautiful cities in Southern California.

You will have no shortage of things to do during your stay as you will have easy access to world-class sunsets and seascapes, restaurants and shopping, museums, and during certain seasons, lots of sea life along the shore too.

Enter this 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1036 sq. ft. 1-story cottage and find yourself in a well-laid out great room with all hard wood floors and lots of cottage windows that allow the sun and light to pour in and the outside Mediterranean landscaping to nourish you.

A large flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, and lots of comfortable seating create an inviting place to gather and catch up or to just relax. A totally modern kitchen with bar seating for 2 has everything you need to satisfy your culinary needs.

This kitchen bar is adjacent to a dining area with a view of the garden making it the perfect place for everything to eat together inside. There is also a wonderful indoor porch area with abundant windows – a great place to sip morning coffee or an evening libation.

The spacious king master bedroom sports a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable and French door access to the outside. A queen guest bedroom also has a ceiling fan and access to the outdoor deck.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 in beds when the queen sofa in a great room nook transitions into a queen sofa sleeper at night. There is a shared main bathroom with a shower/tub combination and also a half-bath. All bed and bathrooms are outfitted with an ample supply of premiere linens for you ultimate comfort.

Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer accessed through the back patio behind the fire pit. This unit has limited street parking, as well as a small space only for loading.
