Ideally located across from beautiful La Jolla Cove and Scripps Park, in the heart of the Village, this nicely furnished condo sports ocean views from every room. And you can walk to everything from here – La Jolla’s restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops – as well as walking along the coast to enjoy swimming and beautiful sunsets.

La Jolla is the "jewel" of California with the most spectacular coastline. The harbor seals have created a rookery on The Children’s Beach, and swimming in the cove is legendary due to the fact that it is an underwater preserve where you can snorkel and scuba dive in the shallow water and adjoining kelp beds.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 2nd story, 1200 sq. ft. condo is perfect for those who don’t plan to spend a lot of time indoors - and don’t mind keeping it simple by walking or “Ubering” around.

This newly refurbished home has desirable amenities such as vaulted ceilings, and is furnished with beautiful, comfortable décor. Its open floor plan allows an easy flow between the living room – with a large flat screen TV, a ceiling fan for comfort, and lots of comfortable seating and the other portions of the great room.

A dining area for 4 and a beautiful modern kitchen complete this area where you can rest, relax, feast, recharge, and “be at home” amid your various excursions and adventures.

The peaceful master queen bedroom has a small flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bath with beautiful dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. A 2nd queen beautifully appointed bedroom means 4 can sleep comfortably in beds, with a maximum of 5 people allowed.

All bed and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens for your every comfort. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a stacked full size washer and dryer for your use, and WIFI and cable.

Come enjoy this little slice of paradise with so much nearby and accessible attractions such as The Scripps Aquarium and Preserve. You may kayak and scuba dive here and don’t be surprised if you see seals and sea lions, dolphins, and maybe even whales if the season is right.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS HOME!

Several restaurants we within walking distance – many with unobstructed panoramic ocean view, such as Cove House, just below this home. There are at least a dozen restaurants throughout the Village offering every cuisine imaginable. Others include Eddie V’s, Georges at the Cove, Dukes, Crab Catcher, La Valencia, and Donovan’s.
Torrey Pines Golf Course, within view of this house, is only 10 minutes away. La Costa, another famous golf course, is just a few miles north off I-5.

Freeway access is near so you can easily take a day trip north to LEGOLAND Disneyland, or south to The San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and many other world-class attractions.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:

No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – NO EXCEPTIONS!

There is a 16-step staircase to this home and no elevator, so this home may not be appropriate for everyone.
The living room fireplace is non-operational. And there is NO outside space at this home, so there is also no barbecue.

This home is above CoveHouse restaurant, which closes at 3 p.m.

There is very limited street parking, although there is one paid parking space provided to guests, just a short walk from the condo, if needed.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Cleaning Fees - Sea Breeze uses only legal housekeeping companies who are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances as required by law.
