The large living room, the two large sized bedrooms, and the two bathrooms can accommodate 4 people comfortably, the living room opens onto a tiled patio and a backyard with olive and fruit trees with mesmerizing views of the surroundings. You can access an Olympic-sized pool only a few steps away. Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Certaldo are all within a 30-min car ride by the “superstrada”, but cyclists and explorers can instead enjoy the soft and winding roads and trails leading to Florence through vineyards and olive groves.…… Reliable transportation from Rome airport can be arranged upon request and availability.

Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100.00 EUR cancellation fee) are refunded.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Travelers Cheques
Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 50.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Telephone Fee
The property does not have a phone.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Parking
Parking is free.
