Payment Methods

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 200.00 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due 90 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 15 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 50.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
