Payment Methods

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival. Keyless entry code is provided after full payment.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children of all ages are welcome.

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 75.00 USD for stays of 1 week or less. For monthly stays - fee is $300. Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed: Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them.. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 130.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
