This is beach community without the noise or traffic because it is located at the very edge of the peninsula, so no through traffic. Southbay's best kept secret. Furnished with top quality furnishings such as top of the line mattress for your comfort to fully equipped kitchen. Free WIFI and cable. The cottages are very spacious for work and - or vacation. Brand new kitchen equipped with all new appliances such as dishwasher, huge microwave, in-unit washer and dryer and a full size refrigerator perfect for the chef in you. The bedroom is so comfortable you’ll have hard time waking up. Original hardwood floor will always give you a clean feeling, help with allergies, and a flash of the past. The entire complex is artistically designed and implemented with high quality work, and infused with Feng Shui for health & prosperity. The feelings you get when you are here is always of happiness. The middle palm tree on the picture with the cruise ship, is our palm tree located in the front yard.

Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund). The owner will offer a refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking. Otherwise, there are no refunds.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Fee of 150.00 USD for stays that are 1 to 30 nights in duration.Fee of 300.00 USD for stays that are 31 to 60 nights in duration.Fee of 450.00 USD for stays that are 61 to 90 nights in duration.Fee of 600.00 USD for stays that are 91 to 120 nights in duration.Fee of 750.00 USD for stays that are 121 to 150 nights in duration.
