With 2 spacious bedrooms consisting of a master suite which has a king size bed and en-suite, along side a second bedroom with two single beds which also has a bathroom with a walk in shower. The living room has a contemporary decor with 2 sofas ( one can be used as a sofa bed) and a flat screen TV. There is also fast free 20mb fibre optic internet access. Dine alfresco on the terrace or inside the living dining room. The apartments kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up some culinary delights. Guest have a more private pool, which is half a minute walk from the terrace and a bigger spa complex with two pools (one of which heated), Finnish sauna and Turkish sauna and a gym. If you hired a car, then you have use of one underground parking space from where you can access the apartment via the elevator.

Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 3 nights rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 2500 EUR.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 5 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.
