Pool Area:

Take a soothing soak in the bubbling spa, or hop in the pool and play a fun game of Marco Polo with your family. Our Pool has a safety fence, a covered Lanai with a ceiling fan. Enjoy AL fresco dining on the screened-in back patio with sun loungers, pool furniture to sit, relax or chat.

Games Room:

There’s also a pool table, foosball table, retro arcade game , PlayStation 4 and Darts for late night games with the entire family.

Family Room :

Together with your group, settle into the living area’s comfy seating for an afternoon movie on the flat screen, cable-equipped TV. You’ll also enjoy great sound with the Bluetooth-connected sound system. And if that’s not enough, there’s even a Nintendo Wii and Nintendo Wii U for a video game tournament. and Play Station 4 and board games.

Our Family room is central to the villa with Patio doors leading to the Pool Area.

Kitchen :

You’ll work up a hefty appetite with all these fun activities, so head into the kitchen to whip up a fresh feast. Use the kitchen’s modern appliances, a variety of cookware, and ample counter-tops for all your culinary creations.

Our kitchen is fully equipped, large fridge-freezer , dishwasher, cooker, microwave, Keurig coffee machine and waste-disposal unit, in fact everything you will need.

Laundry Room with large washer and dryer:

Leading from the Kitchen is a separate laundry room. All linen and towels are provided.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card a, there is a 2.9 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card is accepted

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable. For Covid related cancellations such as a government travel ban, closed borders or someone contracts Covid-19, the owner will offer to rebook the stay and apply the deposit paid to the rescheduled trip.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 400.00 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
