Description
Welcome to your own private Disney Vacation Home. Come and stay in a cozy beautifully decorated home that is also perfectly situated near all major attractions like Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios, Legoland, Volcano Bay and many more. As you walk in through the house you will emerge yourself in a modern farm style decor with beautiful touches and details. We spent countless hours making this house a perfect vacation home for you or your group. We included all essential amenities such as towels, bedsheets, pillows, soaps and many other essentials to help make your stay a great stay. The home is furnished with two master bedrooms one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. This means both rooms have their own private bathrooms for added privacy and comfort for the guests traveling with you. The King-size bedroom has it's own 40" Alexa TV. The home has a third bedroom with a queen-size bed. Also, we have a kid's suite with two single beds and is equipped with a 32" TV and a mini crib that is sturdy and has a very firm and comfortable mattress for the babies in the family. The baby bed can be easily moved to another room if you want to be close to your baby. The pool area faces south which means more sunny hours during the day and more fun for your family. We also included some pool toys for your younger guests to enjoy. Activities for the kids: We have a Foosball table that converts into air hockey. Also there are board games, pool toys and other kids toys. The community also has a playground that you can enjoy.

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Venmo, Stripe
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 70 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, 100 percent of all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 5 days prior to arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 600 USD

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Fee of 35.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed: Dog. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets A minimum "Fine" of 250.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property of a pet not mentioned in the reservation. The max pet fee is $300. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
