Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200.00 USD is due immediately.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 200 USD, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

We stayed here for almost a month in March. Just a great place to stay to walk anywhere in the centre. A very comfortable apartment for two. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable, there are outdoor spaces to sit and relax, and the owners are very kind and helpful. They have spent time and care on decorating their home. We will definitely stay here in the future. Queretaro is a beautiful city with lots to offer.

Enjoy the best in the best location possible in this 18th c Spanish colonial villa on a residential street 1 block from the governor's house. Known as the safest city in all of Mexico, feel free to walk everywhere, day or night, to any number of restaurants or just to hear music in one of 7 plazas. Secreted behind a 24-hour locked door, is this private oasis newly renovated and lovingly restored to reflect its 300 years. The villa offers three choices of fully furnished apartments, a large front landscaped patio with 9' fountain and an ample rooftop terrace with church top views.

A Welcome Basket Includes snack and drink, basic spices, oil, vinegar, coffee/tea, purified water, hand and bath soap as well as paper goods and household cleaners. In addition, the weekly rate includes breakfast items as well as paper goods provided throughout your stay free of charge. All units receive thorough weekly cleaning service and linen change. Our maintenance man is on-site to keep everything working properly. Robust internet provides Netflix and other TV.

If you would like to stay over two weeks or more, please note our 50% discount on month-to-month rates start on the 1st of the month. With so much to experience in the area, many of our guests find Quinta Zoe and the surrounding historic center their favorite place to return to again and again. There is no need for a car but if you drive, there are secured lots within a block for a nominal fee. Taxis are available within the block to take you most anywhere in the city for less than $10 USD.

Here are some tips for your arrival:
Flying into Queretaro International Airport (QRO): Take a registered taxi to Quinta Zoe for about $22 for the 30 minute ride.
Flying into Mexico City: Take a first class bus from the airport directly into Queretaro Bus Station (about a 3 hour ride). From there, stop at the taxi kiosk and pay the rate for Centro. Taxis wait outside the building. For about $4 USD, they will bring you to our door.
