Just 500 meters walking distance from the quaint village of Santo Estevão you will find this charming Studio - Apartment and Villa. We offer you a comfortable furnished studio - apt. With an open plan kitchenette in a spacious living area. The bedroom provides sleeping comfort for 2 adults. A cot is available for babies up to 2 years old, who are welcome, free of charge. The roomy bathroom with its large walk in shower (normal and rain shower) is a joy after a day at the beach. Cooling is provided via the ceiling fans both in the living area and bedroom. A portable air conditioning unit for the living area is available at an extra cost, should you require this. Both the living area & bedroom have access to the extensive south - west facing veranda, via the large sliding doors, with BBQ and a view of the swimming pool. The swimming pool and large shaded area at the rear are solely for your private use. There is ample private parking and 2 bicycles available for you, a cycle to the nearest beautiful beach (Praia do Barril), just approx.6 km's. Extra information: On your arrival the owners will request a cash security deposit of €200 (this is to cover any damage to the property which may be encountered during your stay) , of course this will be returned to you when you depart should there be no damage. The quaint village of Santo Estevão provides you with all amenities, a supermarket, restaurant - Café 'O Forno' (popular amongst tourists as well as the Portuguese), post office, Pharmacy, hairdresser and not forgetting the Church of Santo Estevão (St Stephen). The larger charming medieval town of Tavira, with its 22 churches, magnificent Roman bridge (Ponte Romana) where the river Gilão flows through out to the Atlantic, not to mention the abundance of cafes and restaurants, is just a 10 minute drive away. 25 minutes from Faro Airport and in the other direction 25 minutes to the Spanish border. Fancy a day trip to Seville, this can be reached in an hour and a half. There is plenty to do in the Algarve, walking, cycling, golfing, fishing, beautiful wide beaches or just relax at the pool and do nothing.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 06:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after mid-night.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 15 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 13 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
