Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 20 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1500.00 USD.
For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge.
PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 20 or more days prior to arrival)
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due 20 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
