Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.
