Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 235.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
