Great property & location; poor service Fantastic location- almost in Discovery Park! 1934 log house is very cool. However....from directions to get in (not accurate or easy) to finding towels and running out of tiny soap, to "no" on every question or request- service really hurts this property. We are in a pandemic. The most basic is dirty (crumbs and all) wooden cutting boards. Remove them and get some that can be disinfected in the dishwasher! Directions to the house are in someone's wedding album. Would you look there first? Check out instructions clearly say guests should start the laundry for the next guests (no mention to use hot water)! Overall, Turnkey was ill informed and used all the right words with all the wrong content. Find Travis and you'll feel better. At TurnKey, it’s our highest priority to make sure our guests have the best experience possible, but if problems do arise, we try our very best to make things right in any way we can. Please know that we stock each home with what is called a "starter supply" of basic items. It is not designed to be an unlimited supply but, rather, to get a typical reservation through a weekend or get folks started so that they can enjoy their arrival days, take inventory, and pick up whatever else is needed to get them through their trip. Prior to each stay, we stock dish soap, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, a dish brush to wash dishes, a few trash bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap, and the standard bathroom amenities you might find in a hotel. We also stock each home with towels for one and a half times the occupancy limit. Please know that we are following up with our homecare team to address your concerns with the cutting boards and instruction folder. Fantastic view, Beautiful Garden, Historic Log Cabin I have stayed at this lovely place several times because the beauty and serenity are rejuvenating. The north facing view looks across the Puget Sound waters. On the south side of the house is a shady porch with a bench, and a picnic table tucked alongside a huge rhododendron. The house has an old wing (the log cabin part) with a master bedroom, walk in closet and bathroom. Lying in bed, the lights from the harbor and town across the way twinkle. There is also a newer wing with a large BR and separate twin bed area for a child. There are living rooms in each part of the house that are such attractive spaces with picture glass windows that it is hard to choose which space to sit in, so just follow the light and watch the sky. It is incredibly relaxing and peaceful. It's next to a beautiful park for long walks, but close to shopping and dining areas. This is an oasis tucked away but still in the heart of Seattle.

The Log House We enjoyed an extraordinary stay at the Log House. The beautiful property with panoramic views of the Sound was a perfect retreat for our month in Seattle. The unique home, a combination of authentic log home and a mid-century addition, was comfortable and well-appointed. Floor to ceiling windows in both large living rooms brought the beautifully landscaped yard and the Sound inside when the outside temps were a bit cool outside. We spent many pleasant hours on the porch overlooking the sound enjoying the daytime view and spectacular sunsets.

Cabin getaway Stayed for thanksgiving holiday and had a pleasant stay. The whole house was equipped and well stocked for a week stay. The view of the waters were gorgeous and had a nice beach/water access.
