A rejuvenating hot tub-on-the deck has views to take your breath away. The second deck is literally right on the water with lounging chairs, picnic table, fire pit etc. Nestled amidst majestic Douglas fir, cedars, cypress and spruce, our cottage is a 1000 square foot delight that commands breath-taking views of ocean, mountains, islands, sunsets, boats, cruise-ships and more. Davis Bay Beach is one of the best and warmest on the Coast. A place where yachts, windsurfers, sand castlers, and kite-flyers revel. Venture just around the corner to Chapman Creek and you will astound at the fall sight of salmon spawning and teams of birds congregating. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable amount of one nights rent is due 45 days prior to arrival. Amount will be returned to the guest upon inspection of the property.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 195.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Linen
Linen is included in the rent Beach towels are supplied. 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Fee of 40.00 CAD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Extra Large - over 34 kilograms (75 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Three Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
