A panoramic view towards the blue waters of Aphrodite’s birth place known as Petra tou Romiou and the surrounding mountains creates an ideal location for your holiday destination. A desired location, close to the city of Paphos, but far away where you can enjoy a peaceful and private holiday. A car subject to certain conditions is available for the guests without any extra costs. Driver needs to be over 25 years old , have a driving license and accept all risks over the insurance coverage. This can be discussed directly with the owner during the Grace Period, if you proceed with the booking. "Lovely villa. Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 6 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is due on arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 120 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. Cancellation within 120 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 120 days prior to arrival.

Parking is free.
Airport Transfer Services & Fees
A fee is charged for Airport Transfer Services One-time fee of 30.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants. A guest must request this optional service.
