Cost is shared with owner ( and assumes tidying up) in an effort to keep fees as low as possible. This one time fee assumes basic tidying up, dishes clean etc,

If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Only if Covid 19 causes the mountain to shut down and suspend all operations for your dates, the owner will provide you with a refund.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.25 percent surcharge.

The townhome is perfectly situated for ski in ski out and we really enjoyed our stay. It was our second time there and it is always a pleasure to exchange with the owner. We particularly appreciated the spa on the terrasse after long ski days in the bowls and the BBQ for cooking our dinners. Hope to come again soon!

Absolutely loved everything about this property. Location on the hill was awesome, hot tub was perfect and spotless, and everything in the condo exceeded our expectations! This was our third year in Kicking Horse and we will be rebooking this condo. Can’t wait to go back!!

This is a wonderful condo right on the hill. Has everything you need for an amazing time!

It's a beautiful unit. Great access to the mountain. However, cleanliness left to be desired. I really hope it was cleaner than it appeared. The garage was quite dusty, but we got past that. What I had trouble with was: finding a nail clipping in the bed sheet our first night. The bathroom had several black hair in the tub and floor and an old piece of soap. The floors had lots of visible crumbs. I made the mistake to look down on our departure day around the bed to make sure nothing was forgotten; there's was a carpet of dust bunnies and other large items on the floor. The kitchen was cleaner in general. Overall, the property needs a deep clean.

Absolutely beautiful home!!! Beds were super soft!!! Owner easily contacted and helpful when needed. Stayed here for a couple of days while on vacation in Golden with family. Scenery and hot tub and whole stay was wonderful!!!!!
