Just two blocks from the condo you will find Los Muertos Beach pier and the beach, where you can take a boat to neighboring islands and attractions; as well as board the boat for snorkeling and fishing trips. The Selva Romantica complex has extraordinarily beautiful grounds with tropical vegetation, a fabulous infinity pool and spa, and on-site gym. The condo is a 3rd floor walk-up. Terms And Conditions

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 275 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation 7-45 days prior to arrival, 50% of payments would be refunded. Cancellation 45+ prior arrivals a full refund is offered.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children Policies

Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 12. Children under the age of 15 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 40.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 15.00 USD is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.

Parking is free.
